I stopped with the family, knowing that most sno-cone shops have walls and walls of flavors. To be able to try the many flavors here, you need to bring two baseball teams. My family and I, we could not manage it all and just ordered away. There are many many flavors, with lots of flavors original to the place, like Bahama Mama, Superman, Batman, Polar Punch, Piña Colada, etc. We had orange/grape, Batman/Polar Punch, and Piña Colada with condensed milk. All these were really good, specially the Piña Colada with condensed milk. I know it's done, and I still don't believe it, but I did order it and it happened. Anyway, these are really good sno-cones, maybe not a travel destination, but maybe yes. It is a really good place to stop by if you are in the area. At least that's what I thought. I enjoyed my first experience today at Rainbow Sno-Cones! In fact, I had a lovely chat with Bob and his wife, Karen. They are a really nice couple and are very proud of their place. They serve traditional "New Orleans style" snow balls and have a GREAT variety of flavors. I found it extremely hard to pick one... and thankfully Bob made a lot of suggestions and helped me make up my mind. I got half blue raspberry (I think??) and half Dragon's blood. It was pretty refreshing and delicious but my one regret is that I got a small. What was I thinking?! I should have gotten a large :) Feel free to sample the flavors. I tried the butterbeer and it was AMAZING but thought it might be too sweet to have a whole cup of it. While I was eating and chatted with Bob and Karen they made me samples of some other flavors too. I got to try wedding cake and creamsicle and both were delicious. Wedding cake is definitely one of the best flavors and a classic. They mix the cream with the syrup and it's spot on. I will definitely be back..... possibly tomorrow! haha read more
