I had met Miho a few years ago. My job had hired her for an event and I thought I'd keep her card for when my daughter was old enough for a birthday party she'd remember. This year was that year. I sent a text to her asking if she was available and she was. I really didn't want to hire anyone else because I know her work is amazing. She stayed for 2 hours and did face painting and balloon art. The kids at the party LOVED it. Miho has a menu of face paintings available but she can do many others than what she has shown. And she's great with the kids. She takes the time to interact with them. If you are looking to hire someone to do face painting or balloon art Miho is the one. She offers great prices and is extremely friendly/professional. I couldn't be more happy about our experience!! Definitely will be in contact with her again for other events. read more

Rainbow painted smiles is great! They do all communication via phone, email, and accept online payment forms (Venmo, cash day of). While Miho did not do our party, she had someone else come. While originally we wanted face painting + balloon animals, they forgot the balloon animal part but charged me according to just face painting which we were more than happy with. The face painting was excellent and the art was top notch. All the kids were super happy. read more

Miho is a wonderful artist (www.RainbowPaintedSmiles.com) from the LA area who just does phenomenal work. Miho's work is better than most - if not among the best. Even though she can finish a piece of face art in less than two minutes, the results are phenomenal. She specializes in all types of parties - birthdays, business, you name it. Her personality lights up any event, and as a bonus she speaks English, Japanese and Spanish. Ask her to face paint anything - her creativity and talent will blow you away! If you are a lucky Torrance native, you may experience her face paint at one of Mitsuwa's outdoor festivals! read more

Miho is such a gem and a true artist! I've hired her twice for my daughter's birthday parties and the children all loved her. Her painting is detailed, imaginative, transformative, both for boys and for girls. The kids can't stop looking at themselves once she's painted them. My daughter is a budding artist herself and she's obsessed with Miho's work. She also does really fun and whimsical balloon twisting that is a real hit with both boys and girls. Professionally, she's relaxed and accommodating, always on time and organized. A pleasure to work with. I can't recommend her enough! read more

Miho is professional, very artistic and the sweetest - greatest combination when it comes to working with kids and entertaining. She came early and had everything set up, including a few base balloons inflated and ready to twist into shapes. As she was setting things up, she noticed us trying to set up the rest of the birthday party with my three-year-old running around and took him over to her station to distract him. She is fantastic with kids. Her face painting is pure art and she is incredibly fast which was great for the kids. Even all the adults wanted to get in on the action and she made sure to make time for everyone. The balloon twisting was also great and she made sure to leave plenty behind for kids who would inevitably pop their piece. I highly recommend Miho and her team and would hire her again in a heartbeat! read more

If I could, I would give Miho all the stars in the world! We found Miho through Yelp about 2 or 3 years ago, and she's been doing face painting for both our kids' birthday parties ever since. Her work is incredible, she's really great with kids and adults alike, and she's extremely responsive and a great communicator in terms of coordinating with you on logistics leading up to and on day of. And now that I discovered she does glitter tattoos too, we're having her come do a combo face painting and glitter tattoo session for our upcoming birthday/going away party next month! read more

Miho was amazing!! I booked Miho for a company wide event that included about 200 people + 50 kids. There was a line for her the whole night! She spent her time on each persons face (of all ages) and paid attention to detail. She worked at a great pace and was so low maintenance. All she needed was a table and it took her about 2 minutes to set everything up. I'll definitely use her again. read more

Let me just start off by telling you Miho is absolutely amazing! I was so happy to have her for my daughters 1st birthday recently on October 18th. She is so talented and loves what she does.
