I had an appointment with Will and he was beyond professional, competent, and wonderful to be around. I was given refreshments as well as joyful conversation. Will asked me questions throughout my salon session and ensured I was involved every step of the way, even making sure my part was how I liked it with gel. If you're looking for a haircut or other services please come here. My mother has also come to this location and she received the best haircut she's ever gotten. They offer several types of services and stylists you can request online too. I was helped by Kania who was a sweet and talented stylist. She listened carefully to my requests, discussed them with me and explained what and how she could meet my hair needs. BTW the hair wash stations as I read in another review -- YES they are comfortable! I am super short and it still was very comfortable for me. The music was not too loud and an interesting mix.

Also, there was an upcharge of approximately $80 after my consult. I don't know what the upcharge was for, and I was too shocked/embarrassed to balk over the cost in this luxury salon. Do I plan to return to Salon Eden? Yes, but only for the haircut. I can't justify spending over $500 on my hair, no matter how beautiful it all turned out.

The receptionist welcomed us in offering beverages and also let us know we folks wait for the stylist to be ready. Riley was right on time and presented with a great attitude and smiley disposition. She was also darling! They had high end products including Keratase and Bumble and Bumble available for purchase. The salon wasn't renovated but felt homey and comfortable and wasn't over the top ostentatious. The pricing was reasonable and it was a salon I'd visit again.

I've had some bad experiences with people who don't know what to do wtih thick hair! I was booked with Lauren. She not only cut my hair beautifully and gave me exactly what I wanted, she was lovely to talk with and get to know. I really appreciated that after she was done drying and cutting, I had asked if I could take off a little more length, and she happily obliged. It was clear she wanted to keep going until I was satisfied. I paid $60 which is I think pretty standard. I feel fortunate that I found my new go-to salon on my first try!
