Anna advised us on many meaningful improvements and staged the house almost unrecognizable. We ended up selling WELL over asking and that set us up for Steve to help us our new home. As soon as we were in contract, he had us out there. He helped us focus and narrow our scope into finding the perfect house for us and our kids, exactly where we wanted to be. The advice we received put us in a VERY strong position and we couldn't be happier! Thanks to both of you for everything!

Building is very secure with keypad entry and video monitoring throughout. If someone visits you, it rings your phone from the front door keypad and you just press a number and it will unlock the door to let them in. Love it ! The neighbors are all nice and friendly here, and helpful too ! And guess what ?! The walls are NOT paper thin ! The opposite actually. Since I have been living here almost a year I have not heard one of my neighbors through the walls etc., not once ! Super quiet peaceful living. Hard to find.
