Inspection wise, Jeff was great. Though it was a limited inspection focused on a chimney leak he was still very thorough, taking time during and after the process to share thoughts, findings, and photos, and also shared his thoughts on some other things he saw. The post-inspection report was also very helpful. I would have no qualms suggesting them to friend and plan on using them in the future.

It was incredibly helpful as I helped her with some of the minor repairs Earlier this week, Ken did an inspection for a house that I am considering purchasing in SW Portland. Again, very timely (2 days after we called) thorough, very clear, and very helpful. He was fine with my tagging along, and explained/pointed out issues very clearly, along with a general sense of how serious or minor they appeared to be. We received the 57 page report via email that same evening of the inspection. Radon results arrived 2 days later - as soon as he received them. I highly recommend Ken and his work!

This was the 2nd time Integrity was out to our home and I'm glad they were gracious enough to return. We had an issue that was caused by the builder itself not having the home ready in time for the original inspection date which was pretty disappointing and caused about a 5 day delay. I heard that some builders are like this and so this was the case for us. What I enjoyed about Kerry was that he was very transparent and thorough in his inspection process and did his work while we did out walkthrough around the house. After our walkthrough with the home demonstrator was completed, Kerry shared a little information on his findings which would later be provided in his final report the next day. I like how Integrity Home Inspections provide you with photos showing areas of concern and provide that same information is provided back to the builder as well. Their format and photos were easy to follow and read through. Kerry checked the entire interior, attic, the foundation well as the exterior around the perimeter of our home. It was a pleasure having Kerry out there during our walkthrough and I'm glad he was able to check things that most buyers such as ourselves are pretty much oblivious to. A radon test was also performed and radon test box was left at our home for a few days. Luckily the test results are within standards and posed no health risks. I'm so happy that Integrity Home Inspections was a part of our new home experience and I encourage other potential buyers to seek our their services.

Andy was very thorough; spent at least 5 hours inspecting and then doing a wrap up with us (we were at the property while the inspection was being conducted). I believe the price was $850 or so but totally needed it as we would also get a VA appraisal done so it helped catch anything they might have stopped the loan process over. There were quite a few items that were considered "safety issues" and that we needed to pay particular attention to. We need to set up the re-inspection, but the seller made scheduling difficult, and with us currently residing in Bend, we couldn't just come up on a whim that didn't pan out. So Andy's company was very awesome in working through a few schedule changes for the re-inspection - really above and beyond what I myself would expect from ANY service provider. I believe the re-inspection was about $150. I totally recommend this company for their flexibility in scheduling, and also for the VERY comprehensive written report (with photos) that we can use as a guidepost to repairs the home will need in the near future. Thank you, Andy- you are amazing and I will contact you should I ever need help with verifying my current and future homes repair and maintenance needs.

He was readily available, efficient, friendly, and professional, and helped answer our questions during and after the inspection process. He reviewed the reports with us on his computer when he finished, and promptly emailed us copies of the report. We also had him do sewer scopes and radon tests. (Charge was $645 for inspection + sewer scope + radon test; he gave us a discount on the second inspection.) Tip: Always get the sewer scope! Andy pointed out that although the sewer on the first home was in perfectly good shape, it ran under the neighbor's home and yard, which was a lawsuit waiting to happen. Best money we ever spent . . .
