The white fence had if green haze, being we live against a small creek and its the PNW. The pavers had moss and clovers in every crack, the retaining wall... no lie, 20lbs of moss. Gave Josh a call, I had 3 days to get this place in order before the big family reveal and house warming party. The job went quicker than I thought as he had the right tools, just had to redo the paver sand because there was nothing left with all the moss and green growth removed. It looked as nice as the house when it was done. Absolutely amazing and worth every penny. The value was there, the quality was there, and the know how was there. He even helped cover the plants with plastic so they would stay healthy. Amazing work, have been recommending since.

We weren't sure how to convert our traditional wood-burning fireplace to an electric fireplace, and…read morewe didn't know any electricians who do residential jobs. I got a recommendation for First Electric so I called them. Chris came to our house to give us a quote. He recommended running a dedicated electrical line to the fireplace so the TV, speaker and other home entertainment stuff could remain on their own circuit. The price seemed reasonable so we scheduled the job. In a few days James and Vasily came over and connected a new circuit to our breaker panel. They ran the new line through the outside wall and back in through the chimney. It looked difficult and the weather was cold but they worked hard. They managed to fish the line through the chimney and install the outlet in the back of the fireplace. We're happy that First Electric helped us accomplish our home improvement project. Everyone did quality work and had friendly attitudes.

That means the downspouts are now completely unsupported. Evan took a look at the problem, immediately knew how to fix it, and told me he would do it the next time he was in my area - at no charge - because it was such a small job. That was only a few days ago and he hasn't completed the work yet, but the fact that he didn't try to sell me on new expensive gutters, or convince me that I needed to buy anything from Ironclad Gutters makes me feel I can trust him.

I trusted in their expertise and all issues were settled with a minimum of fuss. Part of the process when working on a 70+ year old house. The crew came back this morning and finished the job in short order. My roof looks great. The gutters and downspouts look great and I am yet again a happy customer.
