I usually have no problem finding what I am looking for in the store. If I am unable to find it in store I can get it shipped to store and it arrives pretty quickly. The biggest complaint I would have with this store is that it's kind of small and narrow but that is pretty consistent with almost all Hot Topics that I have been to. **UPDATE** Experienced my first not so pleasant experience at this Hot Topic which unfortunately made me have to change my rating. They have a sale going for clearance being buy 2 get 2 free. I brought 4 items to the register that I picked up from the clearance section (and there were a lot of these items in the clearance section). The cashier rang up the clearance and charged me for all 4 items. I pointed out that they were clearance items. She proceeded to tell me that even though they were in the clearance section and that they were 90% off their original price, the sign for the clearance section was directly over them and didn't say anything was excluded, they were not considered clearance. The cashier said they were considered "promo" items. Even the Hot Topic website has them listed as clearance so needless to say I didn't get the deal they were advertising they had.

If you do happen to buy the products online and you are not satisfied, you may bring them back to the store instead of shipping them back. I visited this location about a month ago, became obsessed with a plain green sari with a bold rhinestone collar, and came back tonight to buy it with the bargaining skills of my expert assistants. The price tag was a shocking $350- far more than I was willing to spend, especially for something that would only be worn once of twice in my life. Trying to get the merchant to come down on the price was difficult, as they said the fabric was some high quality "shimmer" material. Personally, I've seen what looks like the same fabric used on plus-size girls clubbin' shirts at Fashion Bug, but I'm no expert. After a few more attempts at bargaining, we finally got the price down to $230- still too rich for my blood. The staff at Rima seemed reluctant to help us, which was painful to deal with considering that most everything was behind the counters in the cubbies lining the walls. We managed to get them to bring out a few saris in the color and size that I was most interested in, and they pointed the way to the dressing room for me to try them out. In the back, beyond 3 old men diligently hunched over sewing machines working to alter and create new dresses, was the fitting room- basically a makeshift closet so small that you only have room to slip something on and look at yourself up close in the mirror inside. Nothing compares to the selection at Rima- they have every style and color imaginable, and the shop itself is full to the brim with garments. If money was no object and I absolutely needed the best, fanciest sari, I guarantee this would be the place I would go. However, for my occasion and any situation where I didn't have to be ultra fancy, I'd rather go somewhere with better service, lower prices, and an easy to navigate selection readily accessible to me.
