Friday, I came to the business to get a couple of shirts printed quickly and for a reasonable price. The owner told me $150 for two shirts initially. I asked if there was anything more affordable and he said I could pay $40 to have a transfer of our logo on the shirt. So I went with that and told him I'd pay in advance and bring two white shirts back Monday at noon. When I arrived Monday at noon (the time they are scheduled to open) the door was locked. I had to call to get in. After 15 minutes of waiting outside I was able to drop off the brand new shirts to have our logo added. When I came back to pick them up I was very displeased. Not only because I was charged twice but because the shirts looked bad. The white shirts had logos ironed on with lots of little black specs throughout. When I brought it to the owners attention, he and another guy argued with me about the matter. They claimed it wasn't a big deal and I was being "extra". They didn't even want to apologize. They literally wasted more of my time, continued to insult me before finally refunding me for the extra time I was charged. Please save your time and money and find a more professional place to go to.
