A lot of inconsistency in messaging around work to be done and the associated price, and I was left with the overall impression of being ripped off, not just on the work done on my car, but on the work quoted for my wife's car. She has spent quite a lot of money with this facility over a number of years, but when she agreed in principal to have some work done, she was asked for a deposit the manager clearly thought better of this because he communicated with me that a deposit would no longer be required, but the damage had already been done. I literally asked for the regular oil change with their free car wash. Ended up leaving an hour later, they didn't even tell me my car was ready or anything. Charged me almost 100 dollars. Of course they offered everyone a rain check for their car. And didn't bother offering me one until I ASKED THEM. This place kinda sucks, yeah my car is cleaned and they put an oil I didn't even ask for in my car. Great location, excellent customer service, friendly staff and fair prices on all services! I've been coming here since 2008 when I first moved into this area. Everything they do is solid. My first trip was for a car inspection, followed by several oil changes and system flush or two. If I ever needed a fair estimate I would come here first. I've had many many car washes. Probably half were full service and half were drive thru w/ free self service vacuums. Never had any damage to my vehicle exterior. Period. Never felt like they half-assed or rushed the cleaning. Their crew works really hard and fast. For that I tip them well of course! Here's a tip: if you need cash to tip the detail crew go inside the shop. You can buy an item for $1 and get cash back. I've been using this car wash for years now, but being they are in Katy my visits are less frequent. However, if I need an interior wash/detail they are the ones to go to. I plan around my crash visit. They will wax your car for about $80 and that includes buffer and interior detail. Or you can get a spray wax for $32. My car was almost a different color from all the pollen in Houston, now it is nice and shiny as it should be. Also, for $5 they will hand dry it after a regular wash, it's worth the money in my opinion. Also, vacuums are free. read more

I have been bringing my car here for the past 16 years for oil changes. We thought we had an oil leak, so my son brought the car back for them to take a look at it. They told us it was transmission fluid leaking and a seal needed to be replaced for $1600.00. We took the car to a different mechanic for a second opinion, and a plug needed to be replaced and was only $70. How you gonna try to rip off a vulnerable kid? Do better Rainforest car wash. I paid 24.99 for a car wash - and the car was not clean when it was done. The guys said I would have to pay $10 extra to do the console. I have never been to a full service car wash- that left the car dirty when you left. Basic cleaning should be included. The back seat floor board still has visible dirt. My car was in need of a full detail service. David was very nice and knowledgeable about what to get and what's best for the car and how much everything would be what's worth the cost. Got a shampoo and conditioner for carpets and seats. And Car washed and waxed. It did take a couple hours but I didn't mind cause it was a detail deep cleaning. Picked up my car no issue. My car was shiny again and feels and smells brand new. In total everything was $180. Which isn't too bad for a full detailing service and car wax. The next service shouldn't be as a deep detail clean so I'm interested to see how they will do with a basic wash/add wax and vacuuming services. read more

The only reason why this place has ANY stars is because of the workers there that do such an incredible car wash. Also becuase of the price of an oil change with the full detailed car wash. A guy Brad who checked us in ask verbatim "Would you like a free 14 point inspection with the oil change and carwash." I immediately thought that sounded wrong and said ALL I WANT IS AN OIL CHANGE AND CAR WASH. It was a pretty long wait on a Saturday around 11am so we decided to take a stroll to Khols and then come back. When we came back and checked out to pay they added the inspection on my ticket!!! When we told Brad he seemed annoyed that we wanted to change it. And said that they were looking for us but couldn't find us. He seemed confused and sure that we asked for the inspection. How about NO. Just do what we requested and stop trying to bamboozle us!!! Its not our fault you didn't listen to our request. EVERY time I come to get an oil change this happens. Just stop. If you buy into the membership they will no longer provide you with quality service. I have never understood why businesses promotes memberships if they do not want to honor them. Today I watched them initially change the time on another vehicle because they claim that they attend to the vehicles according to the time stamp. I'm a company that has spend much money with oil change. My las car I took there when it returned had zero oil in it. Oil was sprayed all under the hood. They forgot to put oil filter back. Car wash review! I choose the $30 car wash option. After I went through the wash I went to the interior cleaning area and the two gentleman really spent a lot of time cleaning my mess of a car. I was impressed. They went over some spots twice and spent a lot of time on the rims and the whole car itself. I'm definitely coming back. Tipping: They will split the tip amongst themselves when you hand it to them. I saw a lot of people not tipping and I'm guessing it is because it was a free car wash with their oil change, but I feel like you should still give them a few bucks. Came here on a Saturday afternoon after Thanksgiving. Upon arriving, I found that there was no guidance as to what to do. I followed a couple of cars in front of me and eventually figured out you have to pay first. When you drive up, you are supposed to align your tire onto the conveyer belt, but again, there was no clear signage just a guy motioning to come forward. After going through the wash in neutral, it's not made very clear when you can put your car back in drive. I am the owner of the 2021 Escalade that was damaged due to the actions of one of your staff members. I have been very patient and amenable during this process which started in March 2022. I have been given the run around for 2 months now with the understanding that you and your team would do the right thing and assist me with paying my vehicle deductible as this was stated by the manager (which was recorded). Tonight your manager Fernando changed his tune and said your company will not help with any repair cost. Over the last two months I have periodically reached out to these people to understand what their process was for reconciling issues. At every step of the way I have expressed that I only wish to come to an amicable resolution and they "seemed" to be in agreement. However, all they have been doing is delaying. When they say they will call me back (they never do). I ALWAYS have to pop up later in the evening (after I get off work) to speak with someone and I was stalled every time. I even told them I know the employee didn't do anything malicious, but my vehicle was still affected. The managers even reviewed their cameras and corroborated the story as it relates to may perspective of what occurred. Upon doing so he shared with me that I needed to get 3 quotes before they would take care of it. But assured me that they would do so. NOW, (May 5) it is a different story!!? This review is solely for the car wash, not the auto care. The set up is different than many car washes: here you pay at a machine with a digital interface, drive yourself through the suds, and then exit for the staff to clean the interior. I'm typically pretty friendly to the workers, partly because I want them to do a good job on my car, and partly because I genuinely appreciate someone willing to clean my ridiculously dirty car. Everyone I encountered was friendly and genuine, but the guy at the register liked to talk. (A LOT! I hard a hard time extricating myself from the conversation.) As for my car, the guys did a great job. Sometimes you come out with a car that is just "cleaner than it was" and sometimes you get an actually CLEAN car. This was a CLEAN car, except they forgot to vacuum the way back. Otherwise, it was immaculate. The only other thing that frustrates me is that they no longer honor coupons but the machine has a screen that reads "Enter Coupon." Note to the management: please either a) accept coupons or b) update your software. (And while you're at it, give the poor dude at the register some coaching tips on how to be an efficient cashier. Maybe a timer? Dude seriously doesn't know when to stop.) read more

But a couple of years ago they stated they had to charge extra because our Minivan uses a special oil filter. What? I still went here for two more times last year, but no more!
