Jennifer was accommodating after some debating and reasoning on a $32 purchase and a hour wait for the full service that I didn't receive. She refunded me for the inside service, and charge me for the tunnel run service. The main reason was to remove this tag residue on my windshield. Waited for a full hour and left with it still on.

Great location, excellent customer service, friendly staff and fair prices on all services! I've been coming here since 2008 when I first moved into this area. Everything they do is solid. My first trip was for a car inspection, followed by several oil changes and system flush or two. If I ever needed a fair estimate I would come here first. I've had many many car washes. Probably half were full service and half were drive thru w/ free self service vacuums. Never had any damage to my vehicle exterior. Period. Never felt like they half-assed or rushed the cleaning. Their crew works really hard and fast. For that I tip them well of course! Here's a tip: if you need cash to tip the detail crew go inside the shop. You can buy an item for $1 and get cash back. I'll definitely keep coming here. Probably need a membership.. I'm not sure if they offer that but I'll ask next time.

The team did an AMAZING job! My car was definitely not in the best shape and they made it look brand new! I'll be coming back to them everytime!

Not satisfied with the quality of this place whatsoever. My fiancé paid $115 for a detail and his car was gone for 4 hours and this is what we got back. One quick swipe of a rag got it off so it obviously had not been touched in the places shown. Will not be returning

The staff is always friendly & fun. It's the spot to come get your oil changed, inspections & car washes. They offer so much more, this is the main things I keep coming back for. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have. Even though I've moved a little over 30 mins from here I come back when I'm in the area. Affordable & great service all around.

    Dirty car after car wash

They do not clean when you choose "full service number 1" wash. They tell you to upgrade for a dressing but when asked to explain they still tell you they do not clean they just wipe down. Meaning taking a slightly dry rag and wipe across once. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Myself and other customers complained about the same issues this day.

    After car wash- still filthy.

I paid 24.99 for a car wash - and the car was not clean when it was done. The guys said I would have to pay $10 extra to do the console. I have never been to a full service car wash- that left the car dirty when you left. Basic cleaning should be included. The back seat floor board still has visible dirt. I will never go back.

Very rude, unprofessional staff, they try to force you to upgrade any service, or wait for a long time, over charge you any way they can.

Enough is enough! The wait and the quality it's just not worth it. Just 3 cars in front of me. 1 hour 6 min so far.

Worst car wash ever. Ghetto employees and none of the vacuums work and everything is dirty as hell. I waisted my money here.

We are a VETERAN family and I have been told several times that it's noted in our account. My 16 y/o was recommended the most expensive option and told he needed several additions to his service. He was quoted well over $100 for a Corolla. I called and spoke to someone and asked for the least expensive oil change and thats it. I was told that he would need his veterans ID. I told the gentleman that all of us meaning, three other cars bring our cars there and if I did not have the ID it's always been noted in the account. He said that was not sufficient and did not offer or mention the additional coupons that I found online after my son left. Fine, I understand that anyone can come in and say they are a veteran. But as I stated, I have been told several times that it's been noted in the account. Most reputable businesses will offer the coupon that they have and this also was not offered. This location just lost four cars. I am aware that in the grand scheme of things for cars means nothing to this business. But I will be informing all of the veteran communities as well as the other community organizations in the Cypress area. Happy Memorial Day.

I was told it would be $100, and they confirmed they would accept my $20 coupon, which would lower the price even more. I agreed--and they proceeded to drain the oil from my car. Only after draining the oil, they told me the price they gave was incorrect because the employee "was new and didn't know this shop's pricing." He said he had only been there for two days. I explained that lack of training is not the customer's responsibility, and I should not be charged more because of their internal mistake. The employees called their manager, and the manager told me he couldn't "give me free service." I told him I wasn't asking for anything free--I was only asking to pay the price I was initially quoted. At this point, my car had no oil, so I couldn't safely go to another shop. They essentially forced me into paying a higher price if I wanted the correct oil put back in my car. Unlike other places like Jiffy Lube that at least clean your windshield or offer small courtesy services, I did not receive anything of that sort here. They claimed they topped off other fluids, but I will get that verified at another location because I no longer trust this shop. I called Take 5's main customer service, and they told me to pay the shop for now and they would escalate my concern to the district director. I'm hoping the district director will review this and issue a refund.

I am posting this review here because there is no way to respond directly to the business's Google…read morereview responses. Unfortunately, after reading other reviews, I can say many of the concerns regarding professionalism seem to be accurate. I am disappointed because this experience was completely different from a previous visit we had at another location, which was excellent. I brought my vehicle in because I heard a scraping noise. Through my own observation, I noticed my emergency brake cable appeared to be hanging and making contact with the driver's side wheel. I made it clear that I am not a mechanic and that this was simply my assumption. My husband called ahead and explained the situation. We were told they could inspect anything visible to the eye at no charge. We thanked them and drove over. Initially everything was fine. We handed over the keys and waited. The employee who inspected the vehicle acknowledged the hanging brake cable but quickly shifted the conversation to a loose wheel hub assembly. He advised it was unsafe and quoted approximately $900 to repair it. I asked how long the repair would take because I am a psychotherapist with scheduled clients and also needed to coordinate childcare and school pickup. Instead of giving a timeframe, he repeatedly answered, "By the end of the business day," and seemed irritated when I asked for clarification. I also asked whether all repairs could be completed at once because I preferred not to make multiple trips. Instead of addressing my questions, the conversation repeatedly shifted toward financing options. The biggest issue throughout the interaction was communication. I repeatedly acknowledged his concerns about the wheel hub assembly and explained that I understood the risk. However, my immediate concern was the hanging brake cable and obtaining pricing for all recommended repairs so I could plan accordingly. Each time I asked about the brake cable or requested total pricing, the conversation returned to the wheel hub assembly. Eventually, my husband stepped in and attempted to bridge the communication gap by restating our questions. He explained that we wanted pricing for the brake cable, information on the O2 sensor, and a total estimate so we could decide how to proceed. Despite multiple attempts, the employee continued repeating the same information about the wheel hub assembly. At one point, my husband became so frustrated by the lack of direct answers that he began contacting our own mechanic while the employee continued repeating the same sales pitch. Even other employees appeared to notice the awkwardness of the interaction. After several requests, we were finally told the brake cable repair would be approximately $99 and that a diagnostic fee would be required before pricing the O2 sensor. We ultimately left because the interaction felt unnecessarily frustrating. The situation worsened afterward. When we returned home, our Cadillac mechanic noticed the wheel center cap from the wheel they inspected was missing. I called the store simply to ask whether they had found it. Before I could even finish my sentence, the same employee became defensive and repeatedly insisted they had not removed anything from the vehicle. The problem was that I never accused anyone of removing it. I was only asking if they could check around the shop because it had been present before we arrived. I also asked whether surveillance footage could be reviewed. Again, the response was dismissive and irritated. I attempted to provide constructive feedback regarding the interaction. I explained that while he clearly understood the vehicle, customers often need information presented differently and that active listening is just as important as explaining repairs. Rather than listening, he repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and eventually stated, "Ma'am, this is not a paid consult." He continued raising his voice, interrupting, and speaking over me while I was attempting to end the conversation. What stood out most was that his tone toward my husband was noticeably different than the tone he used with me throughout the interaction. Finally, I would like to address the business's response to another review. The claim that I stated I would have friends and family leave reviews across multiple locations is completely false. I never made that statement. My husband and I were both customers and each left our own reviews based on our experiences. My cousin independently left a review after witnessing the interaction and hearing the phone call. Suggesting there was some coordinated effort or campaign against multiple locations is simply inaccurate. I have no issue with the other employees. My concerns are specific to this individual. Constructive feedback is how businesses improve, and this employee would benefit greatly from improving his active listening, communication, and customer service skills. Stay blessed.

After leaving the shop and deciding to have the work completed elsewhere, I called back to get some clarification regarding the inspection. Strangely, when I called from my phone, the call would not go through. However, when I called from my wife's phone moments later, someone answered immediately. If my number was blocked, that's incredibly unprofessional behavior from a business. This is a repair shop, not a high school. We originally came in for a brake inspection. The service advisor--not the mechanic--told us that the wheel hub assembly would need attention. That's fine, and I understood the recommendation. However, our immediate concern was simply getting the loose brake cable secured, and we planned to address the wheel hub assembly the following week. My wife clearly explained our situation: we have insurance coverage, we both work from home, and we would be paid on Monday, allowing us to take care of any additional repairs soon. Despite this, the advisor seemed far more focused on selling us on the wheel hub assembly repair than listening to our actual concerns. Every conversation felt like a sales pitch rather than an effort to address the issue we came in for. In the end, we left feeling unheard and pressured. Rather than continue dealing with that experience, we've decided to have our personal mechanic handle the repairs. Customer service and communication matter just as much as the repair itself, and unfortunately, this shop fell short in both areas.
