Went to the grand opening of Rainbrews Steakhouse and it was AHHHHMAZING! The food was outstanding. The service was incredible. And the ambiance was perfect. We went with a party of 6. And each tried something different. From the filet and ribeye to the t-bone and spaghetti. It was all OUTSTANDING. This restaurant was just what the valley needed. A GOOD STEAKHOUSE with the friendliest staff. We were greeted by the friendliest hostess who made us feel at home. And had the greatest night with friends, meeting new friends, in the coolest restaurant around. Do yourself a favor and stop by! We'll be regulars. Count on that!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Place is an absolute joke and so is the service. My disabled Veteran Father went out to eat for the first time in a year due to his nerve disease, he had been talking this place up since last week. Last meal he got to go though he ordered a $52 steak to go and asked for it medium well, when he got home the steak was rare. Tonight our waiter, the teenager boy with the black mushroom haircut was the worst service I've experienced. We were sat at 7pm by a 5 top with a feral 7yr old child playing with his mom's keys and throwing them around so we moved tables. Ordered at 710 and we had to ask for our salads 20mins later, I asked for no onions on mine and Caesar dressing, I seen him write it down. Dude comes to the table with a wedge salad with onions so I sent it back, second time comes back with no onions and italian dressing, I asked him if it was Italian and he said no it's Caesar. Clearly it was Italian but I ate it anyway because at this point I was starving. 30 mins later, we are still waiting on our lasagna. 50 mins into it we ask for it to go because we were both over it and the place was closing at 8pm. Waiter never engaged after his two mistakes nor did he apologize. Owner lady doesn't get it, when you hire teenagers that don't care this is what happens. You won't last long I'm sorry. Can't even get a salad right, not only once but twice? Come on seriously. Will not be recommending this place to anyone. then the owner decided to sarcastically say "I'm sorry you had such a horrible time, I hope you have a better day tomorrow" as if their AWFUL service was our fault. Nice ambiance in a good location. Great ribeyes! Ok T-Bone, a little dry. Good prime rib, au jus is a little different. Service is good for having young, inexperienced servers. You can tell they're still trying very hard. Overall 4/5. Definitely worth going back! read more

RainBrews What a interesting place and I loved it. It is so eclectic. I want to come back to have a brew. I ate at the actual restaurant and it wasn't bad. Rhiannon was so kind and I thanked her for working. She has a huge smile and was excited about the menu. Add the vegetable beef barley soup, open face pot roast beef sandwich other than gravy on bread, it was OK, I had parts of it but that was very cool almost cold, it did not make me jump up and down. I would go back, I would not eat what I had today but I would try some like their burgers look absolutely amazing. I love this community, I had a great conversation with some locals, Quite informed. I think they could kick it up a notch for the food but everything else was perfect that's why I gave them a five, not a four. I WOULD RECOMMEND. read more

It's beautiful inside and the service was ok when the waiter remembered what we ordered or came back for the details he forgot to ask? Lol. That said, the red chili bowl was inedible and my patty melt wasn't good. (Next door - Grammy's - we cleaned our plates!) I've updated my review a couple times. I'll tell you why. They keep improving! I know I'm hard to please..... I do still have a wish list....... And I will get to that. BUT! I Love the new bartenders Jenn and Jessica. The service has gotten better in so many ways. The food is fabulous, the ambiance is fantastic and it's still my favorite local hangout joint. My gripes? I hate going and it's not freakin open! Also, I wish they were open later on the weekends and I managed their marketing because they would be busy!!!!! These bar has a great atmosphere. The staff couldn't be more friendly. Our car broke down and they went above and beyond by helping with our bags and letting us store them inside while we waited for our ride. Would highly recommend you check out Rain Brews! Lots of drink options and menus to build your own sandwich. I got the daily soup, roasted red pepper which was amazing! Definitely feels like your moms sack lunch, made in a little kitchen and nothing super super special but a tasty little lunch spot. I came here in the morning and had a DELICIOUS sweet chai tea. The staff was super accommodating and they offer many substitutes if you have issues with dairy or anything else. Truthfully one of the rudest interactions and poor displays of customer service I've seen. We didn't end up eating there solely due to the fact that the guy making drinks was uncomfortably rude to the older couple in front of us over a cup of coco. They were simply asking if they had coco but didn't speak great English and he yelled at them, "I don't understand your question" in the most disrespectful manner. After waiting 30 minutes for our meal, my friend asked about the food order and was told it would be right out. 10 or 15 more minutes passed and my friend asked again and was told it would be out. We stopped in for a quick coffee, glad to see a coffee shop now open here. Drip coffee was good, a mixed coffee drink was good, too. The chocolate muffin was a little over baked, but the cinnamon roll muffin was outstanding! read more

I went in and sat down for a bowl of soup and hot chocolate. The soup was apparently scraped from the bottom of the pot, and as such had nothing in it except for broth which was ice cold. The soup also costs $6 for a bowl roughly the size of my fist. Greatly overpriced in my opinion. The hot chocolate was subpar and tasted as though they had just warmed up some chocolate milk. I observed the manager or owner (not sure what he is) Kyle being blatantly rude to his employees, along with ignoring customers who were waiting for service. Overall, I had a quite negative experience with this small business. Would not recommend to others. read more
