Saw Mexican Line dancing which was interesting. But your normal bar in the middle of no where.

AI recommended this brewery as a great stop for food and beer during our trip through southwest…read moreColorado. When we arrived, however, the aroma of a barbecue restaurant across the street convinced us to eat there instead, so we stopped in here for drinks only. I ordered a flight of six craft beverages , and all were above average. My favorite was the blackberry cider, which stood out for its excellent flavor and balance. I also appreciated that the beers were locally crafted and that the brewery offered a seasonal selection of specialty brews. We arrived right when they opened at 11:00 a.m., so the atmosphere was quiet and uncrowded. While the service was adequate, it lacked enthusiasm and did not leave a lasting impression. On a positive note, both the taproom and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would recommend this brewery as a pleasant stop for a locally crafted drink. Fun fact: Alamosa, located in Colorado's San Luis Valley, is known for experiencing some of the coldest nighttime temperatures in the state due to it's location in the valley and unique geography.

My wife and I went here for a date night. Food was not good at all. I got the chicken bacon Swiss…read morewith red potatoes, & my wife got the French dip with a side salad. We got the pretzel as an appetizer.... The pretzel was greasy and so was the cheese they gave with it. The cheese seemed frozen, then microwaved. It had a really dull/greasy taste and odd texture. The French dip was like rubber. And the au jus sauce was bland. For her the best part was the side salad. She even said her beer had an odd taste to it. My chicken sandwich had no flavor. The red potatoes where severly over cooked on the outside and under cooked on the inside. My drink (the house black cherry cream soda), was really good the first glass! Second glass was flat and very syrupy. The server briefly came by a couple times. He would quickly ask "everything ok?", as he rushed by. He wasn't horrible, but he wasn't great either. Overall we where very unimpressed. Not somewhere we'll be returning to. For the price, I had better expectations.

Multiple items we requested we were told were unavailable…read more I ordered a beverage the first one on the menu with the egg in it and was told that's their best drink, they brought out something else calling it the knock off of what I ordered. I refused the "Knock Off" drink and sent it back. The drinks took over 20 minutes to deliver and restaurant was empty. I ordered the surf and turf Burrito and it had 2 shrimp in it and a few crumbles of carna asada. The rest of the burrito was full of beans and rice. My friend ordered the 3 taco plate and they brought out what looked like a child's plate. Tiny street tacos for $14. Seriously. Thats a joke. My friend asked to order additional food and the waitress took 15 minutes to comeback to take his additional order. At that time he decided to not order anything else. We got charged for a $25 Chile relleno burrito plate when we ordered a $15 dollar burrito not a plate. . We go to pay and I checked the bill, my $12 drink I didn't even touch was on the bill and another item that we did not order was on our bill. $22 of additional items we didn't order was placed on the bill. Had the waitress remove it and we left. The place looks like it could be fun but they literally did everything possible to have us never come back again. Definitely not ever going there again.

Neat spot that has a great atmosphere and looks to have a nice night life vibe too…read more The staff was very friendly and courteous. Now- they were out of quite q bit, including some Mexican cuisine staples. Such as chicken, carnitas, chorizo, and quite a bit more. I ordered a burger, after some time I was informed that they had to go get some ground beef too. Needless to say, I didn't go to a Mexican place for a burger, but that's what I ended up with. The burger was decent as were the fries. So that was a plus. I was just passing through, so I'm not sure of this is a common thing or not. But with them expecting a party size of 30, I'd hate to be their server and have to explain that they are out of everything.
