We got the pretzel as an appetizer.... The pretzel was greasy and so was the cheese they gave with it. The cheese seemed frozen, then microwaved. It had a really dull/greasy taste and odd texture. The French dip was like rubber. And the au jus sauce was bland. For her the best part was the side salad. She even said her beer had an odd taste to it. My chicken sandwich had no flavor. The red potatoes where severly over cooked on the outside and under cooked on the inside. My drink (the house black cherry cream soda), was really good the first glass! Second glass was flat and very syrupy. The server briefly came by a couple times. He would quickly ask "everything ok?", as he rushed by. He wasn't horrible, but he wasn't great either. Overall we where very unimpressed. Not somewhere we'll be returning to. For the price, I had better expectations.

The ambience is just as creative with different areas for seating, bar, couches, tables. There are "vegan" options on the menu which I'm a huge fan of. I refused the "Knock Off" drink and sent it back. The drinks took over 20 minutes to deliver and restaurant was empty. I ordered the surf and turf Burrito and it had 2 shrimp in it and a few crumbles of carna asada. The rest of the burrito was full of beans and rice. My friend ordered the 3 taco plate and they brought out what looked like a child's plate. Tiny street tacos for $14. Seriously. Thats a joke. My friend asked to order additional food and the waitress took 15 minutes to comeback to take his additional order. At that time he decided to not order anything else. We got charged for a $25 Chile relleno burrito plate when we ordered a $15 dollar burrito not a plate. . We go to pay and I checked the bill, my $12 drink I didn't even touch was on the bill and another item that we did not order was on our bill. $22 of additional items we didn't order was placed on the bill. Had the waitress remove it and we left. The place looks like it could be fun but they literally did everything possible to have us never come back again. Definitely not ever going there again.

I would definitely recommend getting that for your app. As my entrée, I ordered the juice bacon burger with no mayo unfortunately I forgot to take a photo, but it was a good sized burger with four pieces of bacon, pickles, and red onions. Patty was cooked through good definitely one of my favorite burgers on the menu as far as a chilies inside looks, it's the same as every other one a very warming invitation to the restaurant. The service could be better in my opinion it didn't seem like everyone wanted to be there. Kinda had an attitude could improve on could improve on overall attitude. While you wait, you observe the entire front of house staff working seamlessly together to move parties to there tables. We were 10 positions down the list and by 15 mins in we were up to number 4. At 21 mins wait time, we had our table and our drink orders placed. The host was remarkable at gaging the wait time, the co-host- person seating guests, was always verifying tables available on the floor matched what was on the hosts ipad so the next guests could be paged. There were two table bussers who were on dirty tables as soon as guests left. Food removed, table tops washed, seats wiped down, floors under tables swept in 2 or three mins. Host was made aware table was ready and could page next in line guest, co-host seated them, wait staff at table within a minute or two tops. It was a fine-tuned, well oiled machine. Food was great. Always up to the Chili's standard. We enjoyed the 70s light rock music in the background. Second time to visit while visiting from out of town. The first time, we visited mid day around 2. Crowd was light, food was great. We just didn't get to experience the Friday night experience. It was great to see. Other restaurants could learn from this Friday night team.
