Food is crispy where it should be, soft where it should be... in other words, generally cooked just right! Breakfast burritos are a hit to family and friends when I do pickup... I always get asked, "Where'd you get this?" As they scarf down the food. Lol, maybe the Railroad should make engraved napkins to go with those pickup orders ;). But I always give them credit. They are VERY accommodating on any reasonable special request. I used to ask them to make a wonderful biscuit and fruit medley... kind of like berry shortcake. They had the biscuit, they had the fruit, and voila, everyone was happy! Just wonderful people and wonderful experience all around... mornings are often crowded with loyal customers who'd probably never leave if this was a Bed & Breakfast, haha.
