    Greek loaded fries (special)
    Jillian C.

This might be my new favorite spot! I came here on Wednesday evening for dinner around 5:30. There was plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. We chose to sit outdoor because the weather was perfect! Our waitress was super friendly and gave us the appropriate amount of attention. We didn't need to wait long before putting in our order. The food is outstanding! I know pizza may be the common food to get here but don't sleep on the Greek offerings! The chicken gyro pita is to die for. They also had a Greek loaded fries as a special so we had to take advantage. The portions are generous, leaving me with leftovers. I already can't wait to come back!

Heading home we were passing by Hudson and decided to grab a late lunch at Rail Trail Flatbread. We've dined here a couple of times, on our last visit I rated the visit at four-stars. Unfortunately on this visit, I can only provide a three-star rating. Our pleasant and prompt waitress took our drink order and shortly thereafter we ordered: * Create Your Own (Smash) Burger $17.00 * Large Create Your Own Flatbread $23.00 (Sweet tomato, caramelized onion, pork sausage) It took quite a while for the food to arrive, my co-diner commented on this. The food arrived at the same time. I immediately grabbed a fry, and knew instantly these were going to be a big disappointment. It was cool, it was soggy, and it wasn't good. A bad omen for the meal. I took a bite out of the burger, it wasn't very hot but it was very dry, we wouldn't order this again. I took a bite out of the pizza, it was very tasty, certainly warm, definitely not hot. We thought the onions weren't sufficiently caramelized. Was the food hanging around too long, waiting for a server (not the waitress) to bring it to the table? We flagged down the waitress to see if we could get new fries. And after a short time, less than 10 minutes, she returned with a piping hot, crispy bowl of fries, which were very tasty. So why cool and soggy the first time around, and did that validate that the food had been sitting too long? Don't know for sure. Though most of the burger remained uneaten, we left sufficiently fed, just not sufficiently satisfied. Three stars for this visit.

As stated previously, we love rail trail. We wanted pizza as our Halloween treat and they delivered-- like always! We got take out. Service was friendly and quick. We got our favorite the gochujang chicken pizza. It's the absolute best. Our second pizza was another known favorite, the hot honey pepperoni-- also very good and the other half was the steak bomb-- Yum! The specials are always fun to try and I love the rotating menu. The best pizza. Take out was incredibly swift and easy.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in downtown Hudson. If you're visiting the area, I could not recommend this place enough. They have delicious dishes ranging from their famous pizza to bowls, wraps, sandwiches, and appetizers all inspired by seasonal produce and constantly shifting flavor profiles. The service has always been excellent, from the middle of the day to the late hours of the night we've been helped quickly, efficiently, and with great kindness. As for the atmosphere, it somehow balances modern and high-end vibes with down-to-earth and rustic energy. It's such a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends, or to sit back and relax at their bar watching sports. Either way, the experience is always calming and reenergizing. Side note, I can't leave a review without recommending the Chicken Caesar Wrap from their summer menu- it was so good I reached out to the company themselves online to compliment them. It's simply the perfect combination of flavors and everything you would want from chicken caesar (crisp lettuce, flavorful sauce, tender chicken, and crunchy croutons) all wrapped up in their delicious, homemade pita flatbread which is seriously addicting AND elevated by their addition of a creamy lemon hummus!!! I've ordered the massive wrap twice already and still can't get enough. Even if that's not your vibe though, their menu offers so many more examples of these elevated classics and each dish is sure to deliver on all fronts. Truly, Railtrail is one of Hudson's best not-so-hidden gems and you HAVE to give them a try!

Right in the center of the city, right off the rotary. High energy space, and exciting atmosphere with multiple seating areas, an open view of the kitchen and fire in the oven, and an assortment of booths, tables, and banquettes. Wings: Woodfire cooked with a mishmash of ingredients including parm, which may or may not work, depending on preference. Low on size (pinky length), low on crispness (flabby), low on moistness (dry). Wouldn't get again. Primo Pepperoni Flatbread: Remember, it's not pizza, so expect more of a pita feel. Nice base with a zesty tomato sauce that hit the spot. Pepperoni thick, tasty, and cupped to hold in the melted juices. Hot honey did its job, adding a little extra but letting the main stars shine, and they did. Loved it. French Onion Flatbread: Wow, caramelized onion as a base sauce instead of tomato really worked well. So much deep onion flavor, including just the right amount of saltiness. Then crispy onion strings on top. You can add beef to take it to the next level, which I might do next time. One key thing to appreciate about this place is the MANY vegetarian options. So rare these days. Service was professional and solid, though without much energy or personality. Street parking can be a challenge, so it helps to do a little research before a first visit, but there are spots to be found.

What an amazing place to get wood fire flatbread. When you first walk in you can see the huge stone brick where they grill the flat bread providing a great ambiance. The service was fast and we got seated once we were in. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu and able to accommodate changes to the menu. I got the half and half of Brunch Della Nonna and Buffalo chicken flatbread. They were both very delicious and crispy. The Buffalo chicken pizza had the right spice blending well with the ranch. The brunch pizza was very savory and garlicky. It was my first time having egg on my pizza but they were able to manage the flavors well. Overall, the food was great and would love to come back again

I recently tried Rail Trail Flatbread and left with mixed impressions. We ordered two of their signature flatbreads along with a few other menu items. While everything was certainly tasty, I found the flatbreads didn't quite live up to the hype I'd heard. That said, the service absolutely stole the show. Our server was exceptional--friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. The entire front-of-house team demonstrated the kind of warmth and professionalism that makes a dining experience memorable. While the food didn't wow me on this visit, the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere have me eager to return. I'd like to explore more of the menu and give this local spot another chance, especially since I visit Hudson regularly to see family. Sometimes it takes a couple visits to find your favorites, and I'm looking forward to supporting a place with such great people behind it.

It was really busy when we went & the manager was on top of it going to tables running drinks and grabbing orders to help servers. The primo flatbread is classic and I'd recommend that to anyone! The hawaiian is very sweet but it was also good. My husband also tried this PB&J sour on their draft list. He hated it, but to each their own (I actually liked it). The server helped him choose his next drink as all of the beers are local & he usually just drinks domestics which they don't carry. Overall the service & the food was great!

Just a few of the delicious brews on tap.

We were in the area and saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Glad we did. The inside has a nice ambiance, kind of an old school feel. Nice view from the bar of the wood oven and flat bread pies being made. The staff was prompt, courteous and helpful explaining some items on the menu. We got a couple beers and the traditional brunch flatbread. It was outrageously good. Can't wait to return and try some other items.

Finnegans didn't look as busy as some of the eateries on Main Street so we thought cautiously we'd give it a try, knowing all the while that if its not busy it's usually a good sign to stay away. We walked into a warm and casual dining room that offered a bar in the main room with locals casually chatting over a few drinks. The bar clientele were not disruptive to our dining experience whatsoever. The service was fast and friendly and the menu had a nice varied menu of good old American food. Burgers, Fries, Fish, Chicken and Beef. I ordered the sirloin tips and my husband ordered the Fish and Chips. In what was a comfortable amount of time our food came to the table piping hot and absolutely delicious. The haddock was light, flaky and obviously fresh covered with a light breading that was perfectly season. The fries were hot and perfectly deep fried. My sirloin tips were exceptional, perfectly charred on the outside and a beef eaters delightful rare to medium rare inside. Marinated perfectly not overstated but just enough to enhance the delicious and tender tips. Not served with gravy or a mushy sauce of peppers and onions or whatever just perfectly cooked beef tips. I think they surely gave the nearby Wildwood Steakhouse a run for the money. My mashed potatoes were piping hot, lightly seasoned and tasted like home made with a home made texture and a few lumps. The veggies were fresh, perfectly cooked al dente' and I smiled as the chef Tom, peeked out the door to give and get a grateful thumbs up. A very pleasant evening out in a pub that certainly does not get enough raves about its fast and friendly service, and truly great food. One note, if its shift change time you might want to make sure that its your waitress that gets her tip before she leaves. Thanks Tom, we will be back.
