Delivery ordered a Large Pienza with and extra side of bacon on it. They have a section for special instructions for delivery and I requested to please deliver a hot pizza and to please ring doorbell. Which they did except the pizza toppings slid off to one side. This is not the first time we've had a pizza delivered this way BTW. The delivery service which they automatic charge of $6 plus you have add a tip for the driver. Unless you pick it up yourself and then......It's just not worth it, pizza is never consistent. I think it's just best to stick with their subs and leave it at that. read more

frequent flyer to Landos and normally we place an order for delivery via the app. the other day i was running some errands and went in to order a cold sub. The sub...great! However, there's a sign up that says "if you are on your mobile phone, you will not be served" (paraphrasing) but what about the two employees on their mobile phones when I walked in? I had to wait for both of them to be "present" so I could order. If you mandate your customers to be off their mobile phones - you should expect and mandate the same for your staff unless they are on break. A bit disappointed. read more

Would love to order online from this place but it never works. Each time I carefully enter my card details online it says it can't process it and puts a hold on it. Very inconvenient and keeps me from ordering here. I have tried 5 times and only chose to go to it once and that also took way too long. Place is great but continues to be inconvenient to order from so I choose not to go here. Parking-side road next to it. Ambiance-typical pizzeria, nothing fancy. Food-they say it's a steak grinder but it seems like dry hamburger. Am I wrong? Dont know what all the Hype is... Was brought here by a Gf who recommended & she is soo picky, so for her to eat here I had to assume that they must be good... Got a Steak & Cheese (heard its their speciality) it was just Ok... I tend to love a good steak & cheese & it didnt overly impress me... I will go again because we are often in the area & we just stop in for Take Out... They are Huge though... So a small is a decent size. I think lately people have mistaken quantity for quality... I've been going to TC Landos for years. My wife and I used to enjoy ordering delivery from them and we ordered delivery about once a month. We live 4.5 miles away and their delivery zone is 3 miles. The delivery people don't seem to mind. I suspect it's because we tip well. We order by telephone because their online system won't take our order because we're outside their delivery service. My wife tried calling tonight but was told to order online, she tried to explain, whoever she was talking to called her rude and the call ended. I've seen my wife be rude before, I don't think she was tonight. She called back, I told her not to because I wasn't going back there again. I like their food. Other places have good food too. This place has a variety of subs and Italian takeouts. We ordered the steak and cheese as it is widely recommended by customers. The portion is huge. A lot of meat stuffed in the sub, but don't expect any vegetables. It also came hot and fresh out of the oven and kept warm before we ate since it was wrapped with tin foil. There was a 2 inch crust on one side with no cheese or sauce on it! Not a good experience and will probably never get another pizza from there. We are new to Hudson and we thought their take out pizza was pretty good. However, we went there yesterday on a Sunday afternoon to grab two slices and well, we're pretty sure that was the last time we'll go here anymore. When we got there the place was empty except for a few women gabbing with one of the employees and there was a young woman and two other people behind the counter. We ordered two slices and told her that we were taking them to the table. When the order came out she had them in a box . No plates, and the slices were divided by a piece of wax paper. We took the slices out and they weren't even cut neatly. They looked like they were torn and one of them was completely ripped in half and just pushed together. I took them back and she replaced them not really seeming to understand what the problem was. As I was waiting there was a disheveled and very sloppy looking person....not even sure if they were an employee, taking toppings and food from the prep area and eating it while picking the food out of his/her teeth with their finger. Disgusting. The tables were all dirty too and the entire time we were there the other employee was just chatting it up with her friends ignoring the mess. They need to clean up their act. Sad but I had to lower my rating, don't know if there's new staff or they just don't care anymore but they have really gone down hill as of late. My wife and I typically order subs and a few slices, the last 2 times we have ordered the bottoms of the slices have been so burned that they are inedible this time we got a receipt in our sub, my wife was about 2/3 of the way through it and found herself chewing on paper. Terrible pizza, and overpriced too! I ordered the Margarita with one additional item. Lousy crust, a thin coating of something red that could hardly be called sauce- a very few thin slices of tomato and a a few strips of something green that had no taste - don't even think it was basil. Very stingy with the "fresh" mozzarella and the one extra item. I ate one slice and threw the rest out. I really could've made a better Margarita pizza at home with an English muffin or bagel and some real ingredients. The people at TC Lando's were pleasant but $20 for a medium-sized (small) "pizza" that was so bad I actually had to throw out? Why can't Massachusetts make decent pizza? So far the only good pizza around here is Rossini's in Concord. read more

So I'm a huge fan of ordering from various restaurants during this covid pandemic to try and help businesses. I usually order from the TC Landos in Acton but they do not use GrubHub. So I ordered from Hudson. Food is usually good. So one of the things we ordered was a Greek Wrap minus the Black Olives. One person has an allergy with them. So when the order came it was full of Black Olives. So I called to let them know about the order. The person who answered started to write down what I originally asked for. I said that my family was quarantined because of Covid and I was not able to come get it. I am a Fire Fighter and attracted the Virus at work. He said well we can't deliver to you for anything under $20. I said I didn't make the mistake. I'm not looking to order more food. he said hold on. Came back and said yeah my manager said yeah we can't deliver for anything under $20. You can call GrubHub and have them deliver for less. I said yeah but then I will have to pay for it again. He said yeah there is nothing I can do about it. I said but you made the mistake. I should not have to pay for it. He said again nothing we can do. So what did I get from this? 1. TC Lando's in Hudson ( Not Acton) doesn't care if they make a mistake. They will not do what is right to fix it. They could have easily said ok we made a mistake and will bring you a new one, which in my opinion would have been the right thing to do. ( Other restaurants have done that) 2. Not one person even said sorry for the mistake 3. Lucky the person didn't take a bite before they checked or the conversation would have been a lot different. 4. Okay, so I've had the cheesesteak and it is pretty damned good, but maybe not the best I've ever had. I have to say though, if you don't want ordinary cheesesteak, they've got TONS of variety. Also, now they have burritos. I just tried the Maui out of curitosity knowing it would either be good or aweful, and it was good. But really heavy and fatty. I wish they have just a handful of healthier options. When the whole office orders from here, it's easy to get in on the order, but everything is so heavy. Aside from a couple of salads, there are no lighter choices, and then half the salads are loaded with fried chicken or rich meats. Adding burritos is good, but perhaps a couple of light wraps would be even better. read more

As someone who grew up in Hudson, I have been having TC Lando's for quite a long time. The food is great, but the service has declined in quality. I recommend picking up your food and ensuring it is correct at the restaurant, because if you have it delivered you may find that something is missing. Although they will send a driver to drop off your missing item, it will take some time. This has been the case for a while and I am not sure if it due to staffing or management. Although this can be annoying, the staff is always friendly and quick to fix what was wrong! read more

This way I can die in peace. On my terms. The Budster, Love this sub, always filling, and always delish. I haven't ordered anything else in the past year at this point, and don't plan to. I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but sometimes when my friends and I will be having a bad day, we suddenly look at each other wide-eyed, with huge grins, and yell "BUDSTER TIME BAYBAYYYYYYY". We then tossle each other's hair, wrestle a bit while laughing, maybe get a little too close, get out of the hot tub, throw our swim suits back on, and make the call to T.C. Landoooooo's. Prices for some items are a bit on well...the pricey side, (Budster sub is a little over 10 bucks), but in the end it is very filling and hits the spot.
