Unfriendly; not good pizza; low quality- high priced. I was looking forward to liking this place. But unfortunately it just isn't a good place! read more

First time and glad I stopped by. Hard to find good pizza I and the family enjoy. The grinders are very well made too. Finally we found a place that's close to home that's worthwhile. Food quality at most places even our favorite places has seriously degraded. Keep up the good work! read more

I love this place !! I almost always get takeout / delivery. It's always fast and friendly and they always arrive much sooner than the stated time The once or twice I've been inside to order takeout I've been pleasantly surprised by the spotless dining room .. The friendly and efficient staff .. The whole place gives a back in the day type of vibe The food is excellent great pizza sandwiches and surprisingly amazing Caesar salad with grilled chicken and yummy desert .. The tres leches cake is fabulous... The place is fairly new if you haven't tried them yet ... You absolutely should read more

I've been to New York. I've had New York style pizza, Pizzarella, this is not New York style pizza. In fact, Papa Gino's is closer to New York style pizza than Pizzarella. I would recommend the owners travel to Sottocasa Pizzeria on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn that's in New York City and ask the owners where you can hire a New York pizza chef. On a sidenote, clean up the front of your shop, wash the windows. There's an old adage, roughly put, you can judge a kitchen by the proprietor's cleanliness. Thank you. read more

No soap in the men's room. How does staff wash their hands? They say that they have their own bathroom but the men's room has signs that employees must wash hands. Gross!! read more

The food is great, but don't order online. I've tried it twice and both times were a mess. They told me they can only see the billing information and not the delivery information. My billing address is different from my home address, so guess what happened? They called the wrong number to tell the wrong person that they couldn't deliver to the wrong address. Again, the food is great, just make sure to call, don't use the website. read more

BEST PIZZA CLOSE TO NYC FOR ME. It is hard to find a good slice out here. 5 stars for this location. It is not NYC but it is good. Worth the long commute for. read more

Horrible. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom with extra sauce. I got few pepperonis that were low quality, same with the mushrooms, and too much cheese and no extra sauce. Never again read more

Pretty decent place. We've been here a few times and mostly order the portuguesa pizza. My husband likes to order the pizza with extra everything. Staff is friendly. This is our preferred pizza place in Marlborough. read more

Pizzarella - X Tudo (listed as a sub on the Brazilian menu, but it's not a sub, it's a sandwich) and a slice of the small size Portuguesa pizza. - Pizza Near Me - Marlborough, Massachusetts

Good sauce, crust and quality cheese. Would probably give it a 5 but it was a takeout pie, always losing a little something when putting a pizza in a box for 15 mins or so. read more

great buffalo chicken pizza. Great owners for delivery . great crust! i love this place!

I finally tried this place for the first time. Ordered online (horrible website) and it was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the food was completely sup par. The pizza and the apps all seemed reheated and not good at all. The food was barely edible and we tossed the leftovers and we never toss leftover pizza...says a lot! I would not trust this place to ever go back. Unfortunate! read more

Solid thin crust pizza and have been pleased each time I go. I have stuck to pepperoni so far but will be curious to try some others

Been there a few times now always fresh and hot food and the staff is always friendly. Looks like you guys are working hard in there.

Wanted to love this place. First off don't call yourself NY style pizza because that you are not. Poor quality cheese what tastes like canned sauce and my bet is they don't even make their own dough. Extra flop, I would give it a 5.8 one bite everyone knows the rules... even worse is they are in the building that used actually have good pizza papa ginos... there are too many better pizza joints in Marlborough. read more

Friendly staff . That's where it ended the pizza was horrible. How do you screw up cheese pizza .

We tried Pizzarella for the first time last week. We actually ordered a White Pizza and some other pizzas for my kids and their friends. Several of my daughter's friends said it was the most delicious pizza they had ever had. The salad we ordered was only so-so, just kind of typical for a pizza shop, but the pizza is 5 stars! Thank you and welcome to Marlborough, Pizzarella! read more

It's in the sauce! The chicken parm sub is very good, along with their NY style pizzas.

I have been to Pizzarella several times! Tonight my wife and I had two Chicken Parmesan dinners to go! Our dinners were excellent! The staff was excellent and we will be back! There was also garlic bread and all utensils were with the dinners. read more

Pizzarella Only has 2 different types of pizza by the slice; cheese and pepperoni. Across the street at the grocery store they offer 3 to 4 different types: thin and grandma types; cheese, pepperoni, meat lover, veggie options. And they don't have pizza in their name. Also, the grocery store price is $3.50 a slice, including a soda. I was in the grocery store, under three minutes with my pizza and soda. read more

Yeah sorry I had a slice of pepperoni pizza and it was so bad, like cafeteria pizza or microwave pizza not New York style crispy crust high quality cheese. The cheese was super greasy and tasted low quality, the crust was better, but it was such a disappointment. I got excited for New York style crispy thin crust good cheese type pizza but it was soft crust clickbait title. Sorry it might be okay for the average joe but for my fancy tastebuds I was hoping for the real New York thin crust deal read more

The Brasilian pizza's were very good taste wise, but the large is not that large and when you realize you've spent $21 on a "large" 2 topping pizza you kind of wonder was it really worth that much. The service was good as well as the ambiance. However, what really made me feel like I was back in Brasil was having to go over the receipt. Brazilian's are know for overcharging I found out first hand in Sao Paulo and Rio. The receipt I was given after giving my credit card showed the balance and right underneath it a table of what 15-25% would equal for a tip. So, I added on a $10 tip. Then, my Brasillian girlfriend asked for aother receipt of the breakdown of the bill to realize I had already been charged a 15% gratuity. As I told the manager, it was a shame to ruin a night of good pizza with the Brasilian nonsense I dealt with abroad. That this was Marlboro, not Rio. Bottom line, Pizza was small and expensive but very good and check your bill because you're automatically being charged 15% gratuity. By the way, if you're automatically charged a fee, it's a service charge, not a gratuity. read more

Best pizza in town!!! Ever since papa Gino's left I've been looking for a new pizza place and now I've found it!

Strike 1: Arrived to find that the pizza that was ordered actually was a meatball sub. Wrong! Strike 2: Had to wait for them to cook the pizza that was originally ordered. Strike 3: Large mushroom pizza had absolutely no taste! Added Oregano and pepper after the first bite and that didn't seem to help. Never going back there again! read more

Love the New York Style Pizza! Friendly staff, too! We always pick up our pizza and enjoy it piping hot!

Have ordered here a few times & very happy with it. The pizza is very good--nice crust, tasty sauce. The chicken wings are great as are the onion rings. The subs a little disappointing because the rolls are sesame seeded which I'm allergic too & also not very full of ingredients. Also think the pizza is toppings are a bit sparse. Delivery is fast and staff is friendly. All & all a good place & happy change from the so-so pizza everywhere else in Marlboro. read more

Really good Pizza. Finally a good Italian style pizza in Marlborough! Very quick delivery and priced fairly.

The pizza here is fantastic. Finding traditional Italian-style pizza in the area is a challenge, but these guys do it and do it well. We also ordered the picanha steak and fries. The steak was fresh, well-seasoned and melt-in-your-mouth good. Highly recommend this place!! read more

Large fountain soda almost 4 dollars, chicken tenders were poorly seasoned and cooked to a chewy tough consistency, small cheese pizza was mostly crust with a little sauce and cheese in the middle, I showed up for pick up at the time they quoted to me and my food was sitting there long enough that it was no longer hot read more

We ordered a large cheese pizza and a parmesan calzone at 4:30 pm today for a 6:15 pm pickup. They never processed the order! When we went to pick it up they told the person it would be a 25 - 30 minute wait ????? What kind of service is this ? We called to see what happened, they told us to hold and just left us hanging ! Never got back to us! Never have I seen service like this before! Here it is 7:55 pm and still waiting. read more
