I wasn't a huge fan of their board or the closeness of the targets but we adjusted and had fun playing. You only get to throw the hatchet here unfortunately so no other fun things to play around with. We kept score with their laminated scoreboard.

We opted to have an initial session and then be let loose. They even gave us dry erase boards to keep track of scores. We had a part of 11 and it didn't take too long but also didn't go by too fast to get through everyone. We showed up at 5:30, started throwing at 6pm and I think were done by 7:30 so we could get to dinner at 7:45. Overall it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO fun and we will DEFINITELY be back for more axe throwing!!!

Overall, the laser tag experience was lackluster, they really let this place go. There were a bunch of kids in our group who colluded together to friendly fire on the adults so we'd be "out of their way." It felt like targeted bullying all over again. And the staff just shrugged and said that's how it is sometimes. It doesn't seem like any of them (the staff) want to be there, and did nothing to stop the kids from sprinting throughout the arena, often colliding with each other, or physically shoving us. Obviously I'd feel uncomfortable trying to manage children who aren't even mine, in a place where I don't have a job. I do not recommend attending the establishment on the weekends where they quite literally let children run amok, it was such a waste of over $100 for our small group. I would say we'd try it again on the weekdays but why bother when you could support a business that actually wants you there.

First of all, I'm absolutely terrible at throwing axes. I think I've managed to get it stuck on or two times in my life even thought I've gone multiple times. The check in process here is quite easy. We filled out the waiver and then were walked to our spot. At our spot, they went through safety training and all the games. There's multiple games you can play if you're really good. We stuck with the originally one though. I kept thinking, oh gosh, this guy training us is going to be pissed cuz I'm never going to get it to stick on the board. Well, he ended the best trainer I've ever had! I actually got it to stick on the board more often than not!!!! Now I fully get the appeal of axe throwing. The nice thing about this place is that they also have food and drinks if you want. There's a full bar. I just got a stout beer which was delish. We only had about an hour so we didn't order food or anything but that also looked really good. There were some other groups in here throwing axes too. Definitely a bigger space, too, so if you have a birthday party or a large group, this would be such a fun activity to do. And again, staff is incredible and did such a good job taking care of us!

The staff was really nice and really helpful. We got one bay for 5 adults and that worked out pretty well. It was the first time a few of us had ever been axe throwing so we needed some guidance. The staff there helps you, shows you a few ways to throw and gives you some tips. They have several types of games on a tablet you can play. It's not interactive so you have to make sure you remember to score it and enter all that yourself. It's kind of expensive. It was $35pp per hour and then drinks on top. But they have darts, corn hole, shuffleboard and some dice table game that are all free. They have TVs and a bar. We will go back.
