Answering the schnitzel call, we stopped in for lunch. Ex-Marble Bar, now Raglan with warmer and darker tones and exposed wall throughout the space.
The interior is still pretty questionable, but is a massive improvement from Marble Bar days.
A basic menu featuring typical pub fare such as burgers, salt and pepper squid, fish and chips and schnitzels.
I believe you can tell a lot about a pub by their basic dishes. So, schnitzels all round for us today.
I had the chicken schnitzel with two sauces, while my colleagues had the beef schnitzels. They were all on point and the fat chips was perfection. Sure, it isn't the biggest schnitzel with a price tag of $18.00, but we were comfortably full and appreciated the quality ingredients involved.
For a standard pub, their food is above average.
