Business traveler here: The hotel itself has a lot of potential, but the management and the front desk staff do not live up to it.
If the hotel is interested in growing its customer base they need to pay attention as to how they serve and treat those business travelers.
Housekeeping was a bit disappointing in paying attention to particular requests, the front desk was also very challenging in accommodating specific needs, including their non-existing concierge service.
As they say it's all on the details; nobody greets you at the door, nobody assists you with your luggage, front door will not open while you struggle in (nobody really even cracks a smile).
The only service that was top-notch was in-room dining, Estevan (one of their service staff was incredibly professional), although the menu needs quite a bit of adjustment, the staff and the overall service they render was impeccable.
On a side note: the hotel will seek to charge you every which way they can, including the Amex surcharge for any payment utilizing the card.
Not really interested in returning to this property.
