Fidelity! The lack of it broke my trust in the doctor and may have cost me valuable time. Sad.

My ultrasound on my first visit was completely in accurate. I was told I had 3-4 follicles. I was shocked. I am in my early 30's and I had a ultrasound recently somewhere else and it showed 11-12. Right after, I scheduled for a respectable fertility clinic in NJ and had an ultrasound and sure enough, I was right. I tried to get my refund since this was completely inaccurate, and they refused. They even went so far as to say I could of grown 9 follicles by the time I saw the next doctor which was 5 hours later. Funny thing, I'm a Nurse Practitioner, and they had no idea. In addition, I was on no medication whatsoever. They are just trying to cover they're incompetent tech's behind. I strongly urge you to save your money and avoid this place. I think they pray on certain people who think they cannot afford it anywhere else in NJ, but ask around. This place is a PURE WASTE OF MONEY.

Dr. B is truly exceptional--knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. He takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their success. I also would like to mention taylor and how amazing and thoughtful and kind she is and how much she had reassured me the entire process making me feel so safe and so seen. Thank you so much taylor! This team goes above and beyond to provide not only excellent medical care but also emotional support, which is so important during this process. I highly, highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place where you'll feel cared for, encouraged, and understood. The best of the best I truly could not be more grateful.

My wife and I first met Dr. Jessica Salas Mann 2.5 years ago. We had tried to conceive, however,…read moreafter 18 months decided it was time to meet with an IVF doctor. We interviewed two doctors, one out in Staten Island, close to where my wife worked at the time, and Dr. Jessica Mann, in Old Bridge a short drive from where we live. We did not connect well with the first doctor, and we believe his interests were focused more on his business than the need to start our family. After meeting Dr. Mann, it is evident that she has a passion for her field, she's caring, super intelligent and has a great bedside manner. A bedside manner may be overlooked in many medical practices, however, this is an area you really want to have the doctor that has your best interest at heart. Long story, short: We were at point A, without a baby, and we wanted to be at point B, with a baby. 2.5 years later, we have two beautiful daughters, and we thank Dr. Mann (who still calls and checks in on my wife) for helping us complete our family. If you're thinking about going the IVF route, a few key points: 1. As a couple, you are in this together. There's a 50/50 chance that you're unable to conceive because of one of you. We share our IVF story with everyone, and it's very common, as you can see I'm the first of many of Dr. Mann's patients to write a review, the topic is somewhat taboo. Get over "who's fault it is", and focus on the goal! To start a family. 2. Before you take on this journey, it's important to have a conversation. It's a tough conversation: Best case scenario is that you have one healthy baby, and god willing, you're able to repeat the process as often as you want. Unfortunately, worst case scenario, is not that it does not happen, it is that you or your partner become pregnant however, are unable to carry to term. There's no refund, you're out of money and left with the heartache of losing your baby. My wife and I discussed if we were strong enough to go through this again, should this happen. We decided we would try twice, maybe three times, and if it did not happen for us, we would look at other avenues, most likely adoption or surrogates. 3. It's not like the movies, where Hollywood has the actress impregnated with a turkey baster and an hour later we have a baby. Unlike the conventional route, the female undertakes the largest role, going in for blood tests, sometimes multiple times a week, the regiment of hormones and medications to maintain thyroid levels etc. It's not easy. All while the guy sits there, holding a hand, sipping on coffee.... **There is an increased risk of cancer, the more hormones, or the more times you go through IVF. With all the above being said, we have two beautiful daughters that have bought us more joy in a single second, than we have experienced our entire lives. There are no words to describe this feeling, I remember the first time I saw my daughter, I was lost for words, my body started doing this weird hyperventilating thing like I was trying to cry but couldn't produce the tears. Now, back to the practice. There were a few times, my wife had to make appointments on the weekend, or on holidays. IRMS has locations open, we drove to Princeton a number of times, which was not too much further for us, for these appointments. Dr. Mann's staff is amazing, you feel as though you have a team, a support system that is rooting for you. I may be the first to post a review, but, I have seen plenty of holiday cards and plenty of patients at Dr. Mann's office If you have questions, I strongly recommend connecting with Dr. Mann, she's happy to answer questions, and I believe her to be amongst the best in her field.

We felt very comfortable with him and his entire staff and never had a bad experience. He and his staff truly care! I had my laparoscopy done by him for endometriosis, tons of other procedures and tests, IUI's and IVF. Now we have our beautiful 6 month old baby girl! We are so blessed anI am forever grateful to him. We always recommend our family and friends to him. Added: I truly cannot say enough great things about Dr. Traub. Tonight, 9:00PM (outside of business hours) I was at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription I needed to begin tonight and had a ton of issues with them not filling it / issue w the prescription etc etc. I emailed him on the spot, he literally called and resolved it for me and I left with my prescription. What doctor does that?! He is incredible. I am so appreciative of him!

Please think twice before going to Island Reproductive Services…read more I'm sharing my experience in hopes of saving someone else from the frustration, emotional toll, and wasted time I went through. I initially went to Dr. Knockenhauer to investigate why I had experienced two miscarriages after having my first child naturally, without complications. At our first consultation, he laid out a clear 10-step plan -- starting with bloodwork and ending with IVF as a last resort. It sounded thorough and gave me hope. However, after just steps 1, 2, and 3 (including an HSG), he saw that I had GHI insurance -- and suddenly, he jumped straight to IVF. Despite not yet identifying the cause of my miscarriages, he assured me that IVF would reduce my chances of miscarriage by 10%. I trusted his recommendation, assuming he had my best interests in mind. I underwent two egg retrievals and an ultimately failed IVF transfer. Only after that failure did he test me for endometritis -- something that was step 4 on his original plan. The condition turned out to be the likely cause of both my miscarriages and the failed IVF transfer. I had already endured six months of invasive procedures, emotional distress, and unnecessary treatments that could have been avoided if he had simply followed the protocol he originally outlined. It felt like once my insurance was revealed, the priority shifted from proper diagnosis to profitability. Additionally, the office is run like a factory. Multiple patients are booked for the same time slots, so you're often waiting over an hour. The nurses rush through instructions for IVF medications so quickly that there's no time to ask questions or get clarity -- and considering how complex and sensitive these medications are, that's unacceptable. In the end, I switched clinics and got pregnant naturally with the help of a doctor who actually listened and cared. I was even told I never needed IVF in the first place. This was one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. I strongly encourage others to seek care elsewhere -- from a provider who is committed to truly understanding your case and not just jumping to expensive procedures.
