When I called back to the manager from Edison looking for some answers about how I get misdiagnosed that I have miscarriage and I want to talk to Dr. to see what is the next I question about what happened she was very rude and dismissive and she was not honest with me she mentioned that she was going to call me back I wait and entire day and no one called me, I called back and she say to me she never say that with bunch of excuses and nonsense responses, same situation happen to the north Plainfield office since managers call each other. They don't have great equipment to do ultrasounds, they don't fill correctly the summary visit and when you ask to see the full summary of the visit on your chart they got mad and I can go on and on. The huge and most important red flag was that I wanted to complain with the doctor about the lack of service and that I feel very dismissive about my concerns and the doctor start yelling me over the phone, didn't let me talk and to finish he hang up the call to me saying " I hope no one see you in another practice) and refuses to continue my follow up appointment (oh by the way and I never see Dr. Beim their managers put that Dr. to call me I see Dr. Gary) he is not open to hear that their stuff is horrible because he also is a horrible person no wonder why. When I went into the office, the staff gave me option to fill out all my information via paper. Dr. Steinbach was so unprofessional. He screamed at his staff in front of the entire waiting stating "he refuses to see any patients that do not sign in electronically" By the time I started the electronic process, he refused to see me since it was passed 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and could not see me until late October. I have an issue that I need to be screened every 6 months for breast cancer, and Dr. Steinbach was prepared to let me walk out the door and compromise my health. I am so disappointed.

Although she did try to accommodate me, all she did was belittle me and try to make me feel subhuman. To add insult to injury, today, I received a letter from his office stating that I was "inappropriate" with his office staff. I asked the doctor to call me to discuss his manager's attitude toward me, before he sent the letter. I still have not heard from him. Do not waste your time with this guy. He also was in the room for 2 minutes out of the 15 hours of labor. The nurses should have been paid for the delivery because they did all the work, he did nothing except catch the baby and cause problems. Claims to be all natural, which is far from the truth when it came down to the actual delivery. He also should have been able to save my sister in laws baby but since he missed all the signs (a lot of them for over a week) she lost the baby and almost lost her life too. Avoid him at all costs.
