However, when I arrived, the extremely rude front desk demanded a $40 copay in cash only. After the visit, I contacted my insurance company and confirmed that a preventive annual checkup should not require a copay. When I called the office to request reimbursement, the front desk claimed my visit was coded as an "annual plus problem." I never scheduled a sick visit, never asked for treatment of any new problem, and was never informed during the appointment that any additional service would be billed. When I asked what "problem" they were referring to, they refused to explain. To make matters worse, after my March 25 annual checkup, they billed me again on March 26 for additional charges that I was never notified about and still do not understand. In the end, I paid more than $100 for what was clearly scheduled as a covered annual preventive visit. Very disappointing experience with rude staff, poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable billing practices. I would not recommend this office.

The thing up front said I have "gap" insurance..instead of verifying with my secondary insurance company. She took $20.00 cash from me (first visit)...NO RECEIPT. My EOB indicates no co-pay. Will not answer the phone for me OR the insurance company. Give me my $20.00 back..I am in the process of filing formal charges.​

She is a super busy doctor and hence getting an immediate appointment would mean your stars are aligned well for that day. The front desk check in was easy and the staff who work here on the front desk and the nurses who take the preliminary checks do their jobs thorough and pretty well. The Doctor is super friendly and knowledgeable with pleasant bedside manners. She asks the right questions to take the conversation in a proper direction and listens to all the queries in a patient manner. The location has ample parking space and the doctor's office is located on the left side level 1 as you enter the building.
