Another fabulous balayage by Jesika. Her work never seems to disappoint. I've been coming to Jesika since January of 2023 (when she used to work at Combs) and am always quite pleased with the way my hair turns out. I always go home feeling like a million bucks. My usual booking is balayage with a glaze. This is the perfect hairstyle that you can ride out 3 - 4 months before making your next appointment. And if you're on a tight budget and can't afford to do another full balayage, you can just book a partial highlight with a glaze. That's what I like to do. I don't have a ton of hair anyway, so sometimes the partial is just enough. Jesika is always more than happy to work with your budget. Like, if I want to come in for a quick glaze to touch things up, tone down the brassiness, and give my hair some shine in between appointments, I can book a glaze without a blow dry/style to save some extra money. I don't mind leaving with a wet head during the warmer months. I'll also sometimes drag out my haircut longer than what stylists would prefer, but Jesika doesn't care or judge. You do you. Bebe was friendly, so it's too bad that she gave me such a horrible haircut. I would have given 0 stars if I could. 1 star only because she gave me a full refund. I had to be rescheduled twice, which should have been a sign to find someplace new. I already had an undercut, but I wanted the middle section cleaned up. I showed her a picture of my old hair, asking for that style but with longer bangs. Unfortunately, she wasn't sure how to get the style that I requested, so she just kept cutting more and more and more of my hair off. She did a lot of damage, and my self esteem was crushed when I got home. I literally went home and cried. I sent photos to another salon afterwards to see if they could fix it, and the owner personally called me back: "Honey, I'm so sorry for what that woman did to you, but that is unsalvageable." It's been over a month, and I'm still so upset about this. Every time I look in the mirror I'm reminded of how badly my hair was butchered. Stay away from Bebe and Rage. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! So I normally am not one to leave reviews. I don't even have a yelp account, I literally just created this account to leave this review because I am so UPSET!! I called Rage salon 10/17/2023 and spoke with Sue who is the owner of this establishment. I asked questions about getting my hair highlighted (THE FULL HEAD). I asked about prices, and told her the condition of my hair & how it was primarily virgin with about 2 inch sections of blonde in the front with 2 inch roots. At this point she was under the impression that I had never been there before & not once did she recommend a color consultation (something I wouldn't even know to request). She sets me up a 3 hour appointment with Megan for 12pm 10/18/2023 the next day. I wake up that morning get a call saying Megan is 30 mins late. I say I'll still come to the appointment. Arrive on time and Megan still shows up another 15 mins late. Megan doesn't even smile has an attitude, checks my hair for 5 mins, & then tells me she won't do my hair because she doesn't have enough time for the hairstyle I want. Claiming my color correction would be too intensive for her. Then gets Sue to come in & tell me I should have done a color consultation.. really Sue?? Isn't that your job to suggest one considering the first thing you asked me when I walked in is if I had ever been there before?? This whole thing was just completely unprofessional & it was very clear that these women are money hungry than the actually provide good customer service. In my opinion I just think Megan was already extremely late & she didn't want to have to push her whole down out for me because I'm a new client & she didn't want to disappoint her established ones. I'm so glad I found Madison! I called Rage Salon on the eve of my 30th birthday 3 years ago, suddenly feeling my age and desperate for a change, looking for a balayage and haircut. I have curly hair that never seems to behave when I need it to and I refuse to spend much time on it. Few stylists seem to know how to deal with curls, and I could count the # of great haircut experiences in my entire life on one hand. I wasn't typically the type to go back to the same stylist/salon more than once or twice. In fact, I rarely went to a salon more than once a year, if that. They weren't able to fit me in that day, which I already knew was a long shot anywhere, but said they'd call if they had any cancellations. I hung up and was just about to call the next salon on my list when they called me back and said Madison was willing to stay late to squeeze me in that night. I was thrilled and already feeling better about my impending milestone birthday. Madison turned out to be such a blessing! Not only did she listen to what I wanted and give me my first balayage, the results were even better than I had hoped and she was super friendly to boot!
