This place has been here FOREVER and I finally got around to going here to hit a couple rounds of balls. Although it is street-side, you could miss it if you've never been there before - so keep that in mind. It is an outdoor batting cage. The guy that runs it is super nice. He was actually the guy that rang us out. Bats & helmets are free to rent if you don't have your own - FYI. You just purchase the pitches for both softball and baseball pitches. There are a total of 8 cages and each one is operated by tokens which can be purchased in the office right next to parking. Tokens are good for 20 pitches and can be purchased for less if you get 10 at a time. So the more the better! I've been to my fair-share of batting cages but this one has got to be one of my favorites. Affordable & friendly staff as well as all the machines are always in working order :) Stop by and relieve some of your stress, I promise - it'll help!

The people who work here are super cool and nice and help out a lot so they have that but nothing works. Not worth it to be honest.

Great for batting practice. Looks kinda old but the machines work fine. Friendly, helpful people and reasonable prices.

I have been going here for awhile now…read more If you want to learn BJJ GI/NOGI/Street, a form of Boxing that emphasizes self preservation first, Yoga, Kettlebells, or just want to gain increased mobility used in other sports you need to give this gym a try. No need to pick and choose, you get it all for one reasonable price, they have morning and evening classes, and they also have kids and young adults programs. The instructors/owners are great people, will work with anyone, regardless of skill or fitness level. A lot of people I recommend this gym to are intimidated, especially about the boxing, but please don't be, they don't break people here, they train them. They start you out slow, and only add pressure as you get better, and you will get better! You only go as hard as you want to, and free form sparring is optional, and only after you get good enough to defend yourself. The BJJ is not oriented towards competition, though they will help you with that if it's your goal. They do GI, No-GI, and Street Jits/CMD/Etc on Saturdays. We have young guys and a lot of older guys as well. FYI The lineage is Machdo -- King -- Kolesar Even if your just into it for fitness you have to give it a try, you have never worked out until you have boxed, done a round of BJJ rolling, or hit the kettle bells. These are phenomenal cardio and muscular endurance work outs. Women and Men are pretty much in every class, it's a tribe and an extended family, everyone watches out for you, no meatheads, no crazies, give it a try. Finally don't wait to get fit, instead get fit while learning some valuable self preservation life skills!

Should have written this review much sooner. This place is incredible. Got both my daughter(8) and…read moreson(13) in to boxing and they absolutely love it. Best work out guaranteed! No such thing as too young for boxing. Best thing about the youngest group class is high demand for discipline. Eric(one of the trainers and owner) is great with young ones, but also strict. Besides boxing you have option to do jujitsu, self-defense and kettle bells. All of that included in your monthly membership fee. Technically you can attend every day if one wants to. I will be joining my kids soon. It's a great place for the whole family.

He explained…read morethe importance of the anterior, lateral, and posterior regions and we find areas where I need to improve on. I love collaborating with Ray because he is very, VERY knowledgeable. He can breakdown your workouts into simple formats and he can explain things into science when necessary. Our communication was amazing! When I have an injury, I say it. And the moment I say it, he immediately knows what to do and he shifts gears to work around it. I even mentioned about my left knee ACL surgery and guess what? He helped me work around that too! My goal was to get back into shuffling (electronic music dance form) and he pinpointed the areas where I need to work on most in order for me to effectively get back into my goal. He is such an amazing Trainer. The team is very welcoming and it feels like a second family.

Ray is a fantastic trainer with deep knowledge of his craft. I booked the 3 month Lean Out program…read morewith him and he was diligent in explaining all my nutrition and macro needs while ensuring I understood it all. In fact, he spent almost 4 hours with me (program covers only 2) just to explain everything in meticulous detail and cover all the modifications required for my individual health needs. He gave me twice the amount of time at no extra charge - he did it just because he cares. I had never worked with a trainer before and it made all the difference working with a professional like Ray. He was extremely attentive, motivating, and FUN! We became friends and I always looked forward to my training sessions. Another big advantage to book with PureResults is because Ray explains the reasoning behind each exercise and the reasoning behind the order we do it in because he cares about instilling that knowledge in his clients as well. I learned more about my body and how to take care of it working with Ray in this short time than I have in the last 10 years I've been trying to yo-yo diet and work out on my own. Your money is well spent here - Ray and May are honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, caring, and awesome individuals who want nothing more than to change peoples' lives for the better. Thank you for everything you've done for me and I can't wait to continue ASAP. BOOK YOUR SESSIONS HERE!!!! You won't regret it.

I love working out here! As a mom of two toddlers, I barely found the time to exercise and make my…read morehealth a priority. I drove by one day, curious of the signage that said "free 30 minute workout". I called, came in for a workout & consultation with a trainer who happened to be the owner. It was a good, intense 1st time workout that left me sore for a couple days. Who knew I could sweat THAT much within half an hour! I was hesitant at first to enroll, so I signed up for a paid 2 week trial to see if I'd like it or if I'd stay committed. What surprised me was that in those two weeks, I came almost every day to work out. I'm a huge fan of the no schedule type gym, especially since I'm always running late so class times wouldn't work for me, and the 30 mins workouts truly fits my time frame and lifestyle. Having a trainer around helps keep me accountable but also helps motivate me. I've been a member for about four months now, and I truly love 9rounds! Every day is a different workout so it never gets boring, similar to HIIT, and every week is a different challenge of the week (chow) if you choose to participate which adds a bit of fun and friendly competition. When you do sign up, you get the official branded boxing gloves, hand wraps, water bottle, bag, and heart rate monitor (which I find to be very accurate). You get workout progress reports emailed after every session and also monthly reports that tracks your workouts and pulse points. I adore the friendly trainers, they're extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Proper form and technique is key to a full body workout so as I am learning everyday, I am getting mentally and physically stronger. Shoutout to the trainers: Katie, Zoya, Peter, & Sam for pushing me and everyone else to their potential whether it is an insane amount of burpees and push ups and squats and planks to be done! The cost of a monthly membership can vary depending on their promotions but you can't put a price on investing in your own health. If you're reading this review, you're curious and want some kind of change. I hope you take 9rounds offer up on your 1st free workout to see what it's all about!
