First I researched it and found that ceramic coating would lower the cabin temperature by 30%. Then I looked around for the best place to get the work done and found Greg and Kay at Autoskinz. I made an appointment and went to talk to them. Greg was very informative. He knew all about Teslas, tinting, ceramic and the best shades to use. He walked me around looking at all of his Teslas and the different shades of tinting. Greg did a great job on my Tesla, he is very meticulous and was flawless. Thank you Greg and Kay!!!

Needless to say that was the deal breaker right there. I walked out after telling her she was F-ing rude. They lost a $4000 job that day. But our car looks great after we went elsewhere! I'll NEVER go there or refer anyone there as long as she works there.

I did notice some dust under the tint on the front driver-side window of my Tesla, and when I brought it to their attention, they took care of it and redid the window with absolutely no issue. They were professional, easy to work with, and made sure I was happy with everything. If you're looking for tint or PPF in the Santa Clarita area, I definitely recommend VIP Recon Tint. Great work, great customer service, and a shop that stands behind what they do. I'll definitely be coming back!

This week I had an urgent, last-minute tinting need while I'm scrambling to get ready to leave town for a funeral -- zero time to spare. They even threw in a free car wash, which was such a nice touch on an already stressful week. I make it a point to support family-owned businesses in the Santa Clarita Valley whenever I can. If you need ceramic coating, window tinting, or anything else, I highly recommend VIP Recon.

I've been going to Fresh Tint for over 10 years and have trusted them with every car I've owned…read more Most recently, they tinted my daughter's car which honestly feels surreal. The first time I brought a car here, she was 4 years old, playing in the waiting room at their old location. Now she's turning 18 this year. In 2025, Fresh Tint tinted her Audi A3, and they also did my Ineos Grenadier full tint all around, including the safari windows, plus ceramic coating. The work is always flawless. Jr. is a solid, trustworthy guy, and I only trust him with my cars. There was one car I didn't take to him, and I regretted it. Lesson learned. If you want quality work done right by people who genuinely care, this is the place.

We purchased tint for our 2014 Civic LX and can't say nothing but good stuff about Sun Dimmers…read more We've had our tint since 2019 and it's holding up well. I had no idea which tint shop did our tint until I got a new car recently with no tint. The prices are affordable, too for the quality of tint and their awesome customer service. The application was flawless and the best feature - NO FADE at all, no bubbles and it's kept the car cooler for the last SEVEN years. On our other vehicle, which was done by some other vendor in North Hollywood, NOT Sun Dimmers, only to see the horribly cut trim, peeling and massive fade. Our limo black tint with that other vendor, ended up brown within two years. With Sun Dimmers, they have quality tint and also provide excellent customer service. Had I known it was Sun Dimners that did our Civic LX, I would've written a review a long time ago! The hubby bought me a 2019 Civic Sport hatchback and I can't wait to bring her in so she can look just a good as the LX! When I called them, I was greeted with a smile and wonderful attitude.
