I highly, highly recommend him for any work on your car!

Sad to leave this review but the guy here, think his name is Ed, not sure cause it's been so long,…read moreruined the steering wheel on two different cars that I brought in. One was a European car, and one was a Ford. Both were not more than 5 years old. Don't know how he did it, maybe from having to maneuver the car in such tight quarters and gripping too hard and twisting, but the damage was in the exact same spot on both (top of the wheel), he essentially ripped the leather on the wheel. I confronted him and he denied it (steering wheels on new cars are very expensive to replace) but 100% it happened at his shop, so I stopped going there. Just take pictures/video of the inside and outside of your car before dropping it off, and especially the top of your steering wheel in case it happens to you then he can't deny it.

We happened to drive by Golden Corner Auto Body and decided to stop in--and I'm so glad we did. Arthur was incredibly professional, attentive, and thorough from the start. He walked us through the entire process with honesty and reassurance, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful time. Not only did he repair the front bumper flawlessly, but he also took the time to fix a few small paint imperfections that weren't part of the original damage at no extra cost -- he went above and beyond! The whole job was completed in about a month, which was quicker than we expected, especially for a luxury vehicle. Arthur is absolutely amazing at what he does. I 100% recommend Golden Corner Auto Body to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service.

He is honest, fair, personable, and immediately puts you at ease. He explains everything clearly, never pressures you, and treats you like a person rather than another repair bill. He had worked on my car before, but on December 14, I was involved in the most terrifying accident of my life. My car spun around one and a half times on the freeway before crashing into the center divider with so much force that it practically split in half. The freeway was shut down, and the officers told me I should not have survived. No exaggeration--the first person I called was him. I work in Lancaster and live near Woodland Hills, and he took care of arranging the proper specialized tow for my electric Mercedes EQS all the way from Lancaster to my home. At a moment when I was terrified, shaken, and had no idea what to do next, he made me feel safe and taken care of. The best comparison I can give is that he is like a great doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and skilled, but just as importantly, he is calm, compassionate, and trustworthy. His pricing is extremely fair, he remembers his clients and their family members, and he never judges you when your car is embarrassingly messy--he understands what life with kids looks like! I rarely write reviews--I know, I need to get better about that--but he is truly exceptional. A trustworthy mechanic is incredibly hard to find, and over the past three years, he has become more like family. I would recommend him without hesitation, especially to women who want to feel respected, safe, and completely confident that they are being treated honestly.

I was honestly expecting to pay an exorbitant amount, especially because I know sometimes being a woman can mean getting taken advantage of at auto shops. I reached out to several places and barely got any responses. Then I heard back from Regal Repair. I explained what I needed and they said, "No problem, just bring it in. We'll install it for you." I asked, "How much?" They said, "Don't worry about it. We'll do it, no charge." UM... excuse me?! I knew they were going to have to take the door panel off and that it wasn't necessarily the easiest little fix, so I was genuinely shocked that they were willing to do it for free. They were so accommodating with my schedule that day, got me in quickly, and had everything done in about 30 minutes. I literally begged them to let me Zelle them something for their time and they repeatedly refused. People like this deserve to be recognized. They were genuinely kind, honest, and helpful when they absolutely did not have to be. They have a customer for life with me. I'll definitely be going back when I have some more money saved to have them repair the dent that happened when the mirror was knocked off. I truly can't say enough good things about this business. If you're looking for an honest, kind, and trustworthy repair shop, I highly recommend Regal Repair.
