I texted on May 23rd saying I had not heard from the technician. I never did hear from the technician, and no one came on the 25th. No follow-up from the company. On June 3rd I texted them again saying I had not heard from them, but we still wanted to do it. Rescheduled for Monday June 9th. On the preceding Friday they asked if we could move it to Tuesday the 10th. I said fine. On Tuesday morning they told me it would not work for them that day, and that they would knock $100 off the price in consideration of the repeated inconvenience and come on Wednesday, today, the 11th. Today, no show and no call. It is now 27 days after my original contact and this work has still not been done. I'm going to have to find someone else.

They were able to get me a time within a few days. Michael Morgan was my inspector. He more than met my expectations. I got an amazingly specific report along with photos of each item. I was able to talk to him for a little bit during the inspection, but I ended up having to leave. I called the next day to get some additional information and he was happy to help. He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful. They had a special going and I felt I got a really good price for all the work that they did. A solid three hours. It's also nice to have a link with a lot of photographs of my new home. They were very professional, had the most current technology to scan for damage inside the walls, and made plans for the 1st part: demolition! I ended up with the laundry gutted, the carpet padding removed, and a significant portion of the living room/bedroom wall being removed. Then I had to wait for my insurance to catch up. When that got settled, Ryan sent in another team to do the restoration which included new carpet padding, stretching & repairing the carpet, installing new drywall, patching the holes from where the heating machines had to go into the wall, painting (they went to Home Depot and did color matching), and shampooing the carpet.
