Everything from the estimate, to guiding me with cleaning out my crawl space, to the installation went off without incident! I honestly can't believe how quickly they got it done! Based on his recommendation during the estimate, I paid about $200 to have an electrical outlet relocated before the radon system was installed. The outlet ended up not being needed at all because the fan was installed in a completely different location. Even the technician suggested the original assessment was incorrect. When I brought this up, I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for the full amount. I simply requested a small $50 credit as a goodwill gesture. Justin refused. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after his recommendation caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Anyone can make a mistake. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they handle it. My experience was that once the contract was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. I won't be using this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to friends or neighbors.

They were able to get me a time within a few days. Michael Morgan was my inspector. He more than met my expectations. I got an amazingly specific report along with photos of each item. I was able to talk to him for a little bit during the inspection, but I ended up having to leave. I called the next day to get some additional information and he was happy to help. He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful. They had a special going and I felt I got a really good price for all the work that they did. A solid three hours. It's also nice to have a link with a lot of photographs of my new home. It'll be a great reference in the future. He gave a lot of great pointers as well. I highly recommend this company.

Ryan & his team arrived bright and early the next morning to come to the rescue! They were very professional, had the most current technology to scan for damage inside the walls, and made plans for the 1st part: demolition! I ended up with the laundry gutted, the carpet padding removed, and a significant portion of the living room/bedroom wall being removed. Then I had to wait for my insurance to catch up. When that got settled, Ryan sent in another team to do the restoration which included new carpet padding, stretching & repairing the carpet, installing new drywall, patching the holes from where the heating machines had to go into the wall, painting (they went to Home Depot and did color matching), and shampooing the carpet. From the very first day, I just had a sense that Ryan and his team were honest and that they would do a good job. I was NOT disappointed! I don't recommend having a flood, but if you do, I recommend calling Peak
