I had purchased online through Amazon a couple of manuka honey jars and the vendor that sent it to me was Champion Liquidators. I went to open up one of the jars and noticed that there was a lot of crystallization around the rim of the jar and the honey had an unusual consistency. So I proceeded to open up the other jar, and the same thing occurred with the second jar. So after letting Joe know from Champion Liquidators, he was more than willing to make the situation right. Not only did he refund me the shipping fee, but he also sent me 2 new jars to make up for the 2 jars that were not quite up to par. He definitely won my confidence and he and his company definitely shine in the customer service area! Thank you Joe and Champion Liquidators!

NOTE: THE COMPANY REMOVED THEIR REVIEW SECTION ON FACEBOOK AFTER I SHARED MY EXPERIENCE!…read more This is absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST company that I have ever purchased anything from. SavvyDeal is also Champion Liquidators. We purchased a Swivel Sweeper Max clearly described as BRAND NEW via eBay. Unfortunately, we received an extremely, extremely USED item with substantial hair and dirt in the bristles, collected dust and dirt in the collection bin, as well as scuffs and scratches all over the sweeper! Additionally, the battery charger was busted and it had some type of gunk inside of the charging port! Furthermore, the battery was completely MISSING! We IMMEDIATELY contacted the company and forwarded all of the pictures that we had taken. Our expectation was that they would offer a replacement item that was in fact brand new or a full refund. However, our issue was continuously delayed while we were repeatedly told that the matter was under "investigation." Finally, I pointed out that their internal investigation into what happened had no bearing on their ability to replace the item or refund our money. The individual in charge of the eBay listing responded with an email essentially stating that we were falsifying our photographic evidence. We requested his name as the account manager, as well as the contact information for his supervisor. We were not provided with either. We still were not offered a replacement and our refund request was refused despite the company's refund policy via their website! There is so much more negative that could be shared about this experience, but it would be very time consuming. We have contacted eBay to file a complaint. We have also filed a complaint with the BBB. There are plenty of other retailers to purchase from. DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their mop flys were $5! I ended up getting a few even though the price really bothered me and only after two fish they would completely fall apart! Maybe they'd be worth it if they help up well but to have this high of a price and for it to fall apart quicker than cheaper ones made it even worse. First and last time I will ever go there!

The first level has a lot of collectible items; I specifically remember seeing a selection of brass buckets and vintage political pins. The upstairs section is a labyrinthine attic space. You climb up and down these homespun staircases, and there are items on display in all the corners and crawlspaces. They had a wide selection of styles, even though the store isn't huge. I was specifically looking for mid-century pieces, and I bought a brass three-headed floor lamp for $30, a steel and upholstery desk chair for $40, and a teak American of Martinsville server for $130. Many of the items I saw had condition issues, but there were pristine pieces if you looked carefully. I had trouble getting the server in my car, and the shop's handyman kindly helped me tie up my trunk.

You can still see the fountain where the famous YouTube video was taken. Not a lot of super high end stores, but it matches the area nicely. All it needs is an attached cinema to complete the feel of the pet rock era. I hope this place will endure. Unlike the Plymouth Meeting Mall, the exterior stores aren't doing as well as the interior. With new ownership looking to close and redevelop most of the mall, Berkshire Mall's time is sadly…read moregetting short. What is sad, is while Berkshire Mall is no longer in it's prime, a large portion of the mall's interior remains filled with a mix of national and local tenants. It even has one fully functional fountain, in front of the Boscov's, with the fountain in front of the Sears not being operable for several years. Foot traffic on the weekends is excellent, with a portion of the community still supporting Berkshire. Unfortunately, this malls downturn largely started with the closing of Bon-Ton and Sears within a year of each other. The sale to Namdar Realty Group bought Berkshire into less reputable ownership, with their usual deferred maintenance leading to the mall almost being condemned in 2024 and a large portion of the parking lot being blocked off due to sinkhole issues. The food court upstairs is down to only three stands. What makes Berkshire worth stopping into despite all these problems? While the interior is dated, it is nice and kept clean. There is a fully functional mall retro arcade, Challenge Arcade. Berkshire Mall has one of the few full size FYE's left in the state. Various small businesses add charm and other shopping options. It's a shame that Abrams Realty Group, the malls future new owners, want to close Berkshire. Unlike Exton Square Mall, which they are also redeveloping, Berkshire Mall is not dead and it's far from it. Shame how it's going to end.
