All in nice condition and plenty of current styles available. A couple of years ago, Jen helped me find desks, chairs and file cabinets when we opened our new location, and even helped me get replacement keys for the locking desk & matching file cabinet after the sale. Today, I'm testing the waters on "Extreme Makeover: Lee Myles Reading Edition" at our original shop, so I went online to get Furniture Soup's hours (love that they're open Sat, btw. Very important for us 9-5'ers who are crazy-busy through the week). I'll be a repeat customer again and again. Check them out.

I visited their large showroom in Cherry Hill and met with the owner, Jack. He walked me through the showroom and showed me the different options, explained the delivery time and discussed the pricing with me- all while showing off a few of his cool antiques throughout the store. His section was large, and his pricing was reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. After deciding on a table, Jack helped me pick out some chairs and scheduled me for a delivery. The delivery was on time and professional. I had a wonderful experience at Affordable Office Furniture and highly suggest them for any of your Office Furniture needs.

My shopping experience at this Office Max store on 7/24-7/25/14 was a very pleasant experience…read more I went here specifically for school supplies that were advertised at an unbelievably low price, (shopping for my 3 grandchildren). When I got there they were sold out & I was moderately annoyed. The employee told me they would be getting a shipment in that night or the next morning & I should come back the next day around 3 PM (to give them time to unload, etc). That sounded reasonable to me. I returned about 5 mins to 3 PM the next day ... still nothing. I was annoyed. Then an employee, Justus, approached me and said he would try to locate the item in the back & I could browse & he would find me. That sounded good to me. He returned empty-handed. He offered to call me when the items are unloaded & he would set them aside for me & would make sure that I will get them at the sale price (even if the sale would be over). He said that when I was ready to check out for me to have the cashier paige him & he would take care of me. He did. Justus is the kind of employee that every employer should want to have. I certainly will continue to shop here. This customer is a VERY satisfied customer. Kudos to Justus.

This week I went to Bloomsburg Staples to mail returns to Amazon…read more While waiting in line I realized I left my phone in my car & needed the QR codes. I turned to the woman behind me and said "my phone is in my car, I'll be right back". I left my cart with 3 pkgs. in it in line. When I came back a minute later I realized she jumped ahead of me so with a puzzled look I asked her "Did you jump the line ahead of me"? Her response was "you left"!?!?! Seriously? As she was going back to her spot behind me an obnoxious fat lady in front of me thought she'd be a smart ass & told the woman she could get in front of her, and so the woman moved to the front of the line now. Mind you, I'm a senior citizen with chronic back pain, I use a cane and a walker and I just had both my hips replaced. I explained this to the woman and it meant nothing to her. So I asked to speak to a manager to explain what just happened. The young "acting manager" listened for half a second before the fat lady jumped in and in a combative tone said "She left the line". When I went on to explain that I didn't leave the line, I went to my car to get my phone & left my cart in line, the manager threatened to "throw us both out"! Her exact words! Why me? Where am I in the wrong here?? So she just let her jump the line while I had to stand there in pain longer than necessary. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and she did not address the issue. She should have kicked them both out! To her credit, she did offer to take me at another register. Today while I was back in the store I decided to speak to the main manager to let her know how this was handled. As I was speaking with her, I could see that every word I said went in one ear and out the other. She just had a blank stare. She made excuses for her acting manager, no matter what I said. She said she was probably busy and had a long line and I told her there was no line in her section but she continued to make excuses Instead of saying, "I'm sorry that you were treated that way and that our manager didn't do anything about it, please accept my apologies on behalf of Staples". Instead she went on to tell me that the other two ladies called her to let her know that the "acting Mng." didn't do anything wrong (in the event I called.) She also said that the "fat lady" told her I "hit the back of her legs" with my cart, which is a complete lie. She probably hit her own fat ass on my cart while backing up to let the other lady in ahead of her and blamed me!!! The "acting manager" as well flat out lied to her superior by saying she told us "if we don't stop she wouldn't wait on us". Uhhh NO, she yelled and I quote "I'll throw you both out"! Due to principal alone, I was compelled to contact the District Manager after that conversation, and he couldn't have been any nicer or more understanding. I'll continue to go to that Staples because it's the only one within 60 miles and because the DM was sincere, understanding, apologetic and said he'd address it. Thanks to the DM, Donnell, I'll continue to be a custome.
