    Drinks and rooftop area!

Fun atmosphere and tasty drinks! They get busy around 10ish. It was a fun place to go to celebrate!

Cocktail was tasty, I believe it was similar to an amaretto sour. Service was good and ambiance was nice. It's above rooftop bar above Embassy Suites.

They had really good drinks and nice vibes. The outside area was spacious and beautiful. The service was everything it's great for a first date or just going out with friends and family.

The Radius Rooftop Lounge has great options both indoor & outdoor, with views of Knoxville. Their Strawberry Lemonade is my favorite cocktail. They usually have good music & great service!

Went here a few times during my visit! The drinks are so good and the views from the rooftop are spectacular! Thank you the wonderful service.

Overall giving a solid 4/5 on the experiences thus far, based on at least the 3rd trip I've had here for work and/or date night. The venue itself has a very wide variety, especially in the whiskey and bourbon selections. Tried to post the menu, sorry if i messed that up. There are plenty of seats around but do expect some mingling to happen (as things get tight when it's busier and with more people). The inside and outside patio areas looked clean and taken care of, no complaints here! The vibe and look itself is pretty cool, would likely benefit from refreshing or adjusting some of the furniture to bring it more together. Will be back I'm sure, as most post-work vendor events find their way here or to one of the other hops in Market Square.

Strawberry lemonade wasn't very good- very sour and artificial taste. My bf said the whiskey sour was good. Drinks were also pricey for the quality. Service was good and atmosphere was nice. You could sit at bar, booth/ indoor seating, outside area, or by the pool or fire.

My boyfriend and I came here on the Sunday before Halloween for a date night in Knoxville. The view was totally gorgeous! You walk into the hotel and go to the top floor. Bartenders were friendly. The drinks were good too. They have fire pits for the outside area to stay warm since its starting to get cold when the sun goes down. But the inside was nice too, and they had a piano player singing classic oldies, perfect for a Sunday night. Highly recommend!

As a first time visitor to downtown Knoxville, and a frequent traveler looking for unique places to catch a great view are at the top of my list. This place did not disappoint, though I was not expecting a dress code, but we were allowed in not sure if because it was game day or because they were just generally forgiving. Overall, the bartenders were friendly and kind even gave us a refill after and one of our drinks spilled on accident. Did not get to try the food but overall I enjoyed the quality drinks and the quality of you and the ambience of the atmosphere. Worth checking out if you have time, and a great date spot!

I have been to radius rooftop a few times, and their drinks are always superb. They have one of my favorite espresso martinis in town. Their house margarita is also very good it's cucumber, so it's very refreshing. Great place to go for a spring or summer afternoon. It does, however get pretty crowded at night with seemingly the younger crowd and college kids.

Tonight we stopped at The Radius for a drink after an evening of art for First Friday in Downtown Knoxville. The Radius is the Rooftop bar at Embassy Suites so the hotel entrance is lovely and always decorated for the current events. This weekend happened to be Mardi Growl themed light letters and balloons. This time as we stepped out of the elevator and we were please to be met by the sounds of live music. The Radius has a dress code and a host to check ids, which is obviously fine and expected. They are friendly and professional. Tonight the weather was not suitable to go outside and enjoy our drinks with a view but the bar area itself is lovely and we were enjoying the jazz cover band. Also, because it was First Friday artwork was on display and it was nice to chat with a local artist and see his work. The bar has QR code menus and the bartenders are helpful with suggestions or answering questions about their specialty drinks or beers on tap. Tonight we had a Blue Butterfly and a pilsner from Alliance which is a local brewery. Tonight we only had time for one drink but we had a nice relaxed time and will definitely be back.

When we walked in, she glared at us as if we had interrupted something. She didn't greet us, didn't ask what we'd like to try, only gave us one word answers to any question that we asked. Never once smiled or tried to engage us. My friend was so frustrated with trying to get information from her that he stood up and almost walked out. I kept trying to engage her and even complemented her cute dress. Nothing. Stone face. I wanted to try the amaro flight and asked for it. She prepared it, set it in front of me, and said "so you'll want to close out now?" I told her "yes, that would be great, when I'm finished with my tasting". She proceeded to lean up against the bar with her back to us and didn't say another word. I had to get up and walk to the register, and when she finally turned around, I asked her "have we done something to upset you?" She said "no, why?" I said "because you seem REALLY annoyed that we're here". Her only response was to turn the register screen around and tell me the total. I'm so sad about this because I really wanted to taste other items and get a cocktail, but she was SO unpleasant and we felt SO unwelcome., Seeing all of the other great reviews, I can only imagine that they were with other people. We ordered slushies to enjoy on the patio and a flight with Hi Rye Whiskey, Ginferous Gin (favorite!), Uproot Gin, and Barrel Rested Cacoa Liqueur. I can't believe the differing flavors they can produce within the same type of booze. Masterful! The bartenders are friendly and so dang knowledgable. We purchased a bottle of Ginferous Gin and have kept the party going at home. Can't wait to go back! What a cool spot.

We started with the appetizers and ordered some mixed steamed buns and soup. All of the buns that I tried I liked quite a bit - some strong, distinctive flavors. For an entree I ordered the Koji-Cured Ribeye medium-rare - 12 oz sliced ribeye, gai lan, broad bean paste, steamed rice. The steak was cooked perfectly. The service was exceptional - the next night we tried Fin-Two Japanese Ale House across the street - this restaurant was my preference - the flavors seemed more authentic and the quality of the dishes better in my opinion.

The service is friendly and the prices in line (if not cheaper) with other bars downtown ($11-12 per cocktail). We loved that people are allowed to bring in their own food (they have a few snacks you can order) and that dogs are welcome. In fact, word has it that the bar is named after the owners' dog, Monkey, so it makes sense that they pass along their pup love to our community. Note that huge (but very sweet) dogs may be freely roaming and were knocking into people carrying full drinks and begging strangers for food. Also, we were with a group across from the bar and I will say that it was absolutely deafening. We were next to each other and were yelling, "CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW!?" They could use a few items to soak up some sound like cushions on the bench seating, some rugs, etc. It would also make the space a bit more homey and inviting.
