I phoned Mopac in Langley, the salesguy that answered told me I had to talk to the guy I ordered from, who, of course, was away that day. Then he hung up on me. So, phoned back the next day, got my guy on the phone and asked him to ship the one he had so I could start riding. It arrived on July 20. Phoned back when the one arrived to find out about the other two. My guy was away and the fellow I had on the phone didn't want to talk to me. So, it's a month later and I'm still waiting. . . Next time I'll go direct to the US. Won't be dealing with Mopac again: - very slow delivery - hard to get information (maybe their distributor is back ordered, but how do I know??) - rude sales support on the phone

Bring the part in (with a different car) to either exchange or return. Then pay a mechanic to install it again. They will not help you in any way. This is the second time this has happened.
