About the only thing this hotel has going for it is the staff, common areas are run down, there are no restaurants less than 1/2 a mile away, onsite restaurant for is generally mediocre, so where do we start?
Let's start in the lobby, one of the elevator has both direction lights burned out, the other always shows up no matter which direction you are going.
The common area carpets are what I would call filthy, foot prints and stains all the way through the hallway on our floor, peeling wallpaper, dirty walls.
Housekeep staff is nice and it may be a staffing problem but both days they come while we were in the room, one day was early and the day after we had been out and about for about 6 hours, last thing you want to do on vacation is have to leave for housekeeping after you return from a day of excursions.
They have an on-site restaurant, first night I ordered a steak medium rare, it came out much closer to medium, second night we ordered a pizza and on the crispy crust scale it was a big zero, no crisp to the crust at all, basically warm bread with pizza toppings, granted we are not in Chicago or New York or even LA but come on at least make it look like you know how to make a pizza.
Unless you have a meeting in this hotel, I would pick something else in the city closer to some of the many fine restaurants.
Lots of dust inside table lamps, floors not vacuumed during stay
No USB chargers in room make sure to bring your own
