Then I proceeded to walk up front, and tell the older, blonde woman, behind the returns/exchange and she looks at me, with attitude, "I've never heard of this, I've been here 14 years and I've never done this or saw this!" Almost Aggressively says I can't return it because it's open. I go well, I want to trade it in towards the new one, I've done this for years." She calls two managers and they look at me like and say dismissively, "I've never heard of this." Tell them to look online even if you would like on YouTube and I showed them online that target talks about trade-ins. they then tell me I've never heard of this. They look it up and then tell me I would have to do it through the mail and online. at this point I feel as if they're accusing me of doing something or trying to pull something over them so I give up completely and just say all right I'll buy the game, just to end this weird interaction. *Overall, this target has horrendous customer service and shows why everything is going to online, AI, and robots!*

Miguel repaired my TV…read more The TV is a non-smart TV for an elderly person that needs simple, easy to operate tv. These are difficult to find now. The screen went black but you could see the picture if you shined a bright light on it and you could hear the audio. The LED backlighting failed. I took it in, Miguel in the back of the store ordered the replacement LEDs and repaired the TV. Took about 2 1/2 weeks. 40" screen TV repair was $120.00. It's more if the TV is larger however. Very pleased! Thank you Miguel!

She helped me pick out a case, extra cords and a fast charging station. As you know when purchasing a new phone you are there a while. Emily did the exchange from my old phone to new, quite efficient. While waiting we started looking at TV's. Karli came by and explained some of the features and best models. She gave us pricing for delivery, set-up and haul always. So a new TV is next on our list to visit. We also purchase extra cords, plugs etc. , for our phones and also get laptops, etc. from Best Buy. Pricing is always good and sometimes beats the competition.

Even as a young teenager with no ability to buy anything everybody was super cool and nobody ever rushed us out of the shop. I hadn't gone in to the shop in several years but I finally returned recently to purchase a new AV receiver. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but Mike was willing to spend a LOT of time talking to me about my needs and many other fun topics. We hit it off quite well. He made me a hell of a deal on a new Yamaha receiver to replace my old outdated unit and I am listening to it as I write this review. It sounds amazing. Most of the "mom and pop" shops have disappeared as Best Buy and the other big box stores have shown up in our small town. I can tell you Mike will not only match their prices but he will absolutely blow away their service. He even has brands the box stores could never get their hands on! I encourage anybody who wants to see some cool vintage, modern or rare gear to swing in and spend some time. Thanks Mike!
