Literally in the parking lot right now just after my consultation. Danielle is such a doll! She made me feel very comfortable with the fact that I have no real clue what my hair needs lol. I just showed her a few pics of what I liked and she explained how it would look on my curl pattern and texture. She pointed out things I never even considered! And all while being so sweet about it. A great team of women! While I didn't attend the appointment with my daughter, my girl told me just how kind and patient everyone in the shop was with her and her hair. My daughter has very fine hair with a very tight curl pattern, which can be challenging. Now that she's older, she isn't comfortable with having help in the shower to wash and take care of her hair. This led to some issues with hygiene. Danielle and Cheyvonni not only took the time to fix the problem, they graciously explained to my daughter how to best take care of her hair moving forward. And they did it in a way that made my daughter feel empowered and confident. This is a great salon with obviously passionate and talented stylists. Cheyvonni was my amazing Radically Curly Stylist! I am beyond grateful for the work she did as I am pretty hesitant to get hair cuts... I let her know how much I wanted off and she didn't go a hair above it and respected my wishes. Being the only specialized curly hair salon I see why they are booked MONTHS in advance. Of course I got lucky and saw Chey had an open spot in a few days and I had to snag it ! They were prompt and professional. I recently have had some issues with my hair thinning and falling out after going through some medical trauma, so I decided to do a big chop and start over. Note to self: NEVER EVER cheat on a stylist that has proven herself able to do your hair color!!!! Just drive the extra miles and remain loyal! I created a catastrophe! I love the lady who does my blowouts and after a year I finally let her do my color. BAD CALL! I ended up with lots of orange, uneven, chunks of color and had to go back to Arlene begging for forgiveness on my hands and knees! She used 9 hours of her life on my pumpkin head not only getting rid of the orange but making me blonde. She didn't complain, make me feel bad, eat, drink or whine. She fought through strand after stand of beaten up, discolored hair without a peep of discomfort. My stylist was Briahna Rogers. There are no booster seats for kids to get their hair washed. So it was suggested to just dry cut them. I really wanted them washed but said fine. I thought there was a lower price for a dry cut as this could be an option in the future, but then was almost charged full price for a kid's cut and wash. I'm thinking "how can you charge me for the kid wash when you didn't wash them and said it would be easier to dry cut them because there are no booster seats"? When my kids walked back in the salon they just looked unfinished and I felt bad about paying $50 ($25 each, normally $30 each for the wash and trim) for their hair not being put together. So my daughter looked crazy when we went to dinner afterwards. So I'm confused by the salon stating it is kid friendly. Not really if you don't have booster seats to accommodate young kids. So maybe "kid friendly" means for those who are 12 and over or tall enough to get their hair washed. I think the kids would do better in the chair if they were more comfortable sitting on the booster seat and I should not be charged for services not completed due to the salon not having the proper equipment to do them. I love the color in my hair. Had a baylayage treatment $150. I also had my ends trimmed $50. I think the front sides will need to be more blended in time. They look like gold streaks. But the back looks lovely. I wish my hair did not look like curly sue when I leave. I didn't blow out my hair because it's summer and beyond hot and I will be at the pool possibly sweating it out. So I kept it curly, I just wish my curls were styled in a way that shows them off without looking like a little kid. So I have to wait for the curls to drop and stretch out so I can look like an adult. I wasn't pleased with the wait time. I'm pregnant now so I didn't want to sit there 3 hours. But I showed on time for the appointment with the the kids but had to wait 30mins for the stylist to go eat lunch. I think break times should be scheduled. I should not have to wait because the stylist did not eat. The kids weren't washed so they took about 5-10mins each. When it was my turn it took forever because the stylist kept walking away. I wasn't sure if she went on another break or was getting product or what. She never said. She kept stopping to talk to other people in the salon about where they were going out afterwards. I'm thinking finish my hair so I can go. By the time I left I had been there 2.5-3hrs. But almost half that time was from waiting on her. I'm debating about whether or not to return. I tipped 15% $37.50 anyway given the issues I experienced, but I always try to tip well. I may just find a new place for the kids to get their hair done. If the new place can continue the color I just had done then I will just go there too to avoid multiple trips. I spent $287.50 total for me and the kids. I think overall the experience was different from my first encounter. The stylist seemed distracted and more concerned about going other places. Just a complete 180 from our first visit. So at this point I can't tell what is the standard for her service because I've had two different experiences. That is a big mark in my book because I look for consistency in services I receive. read more

I had such a great experience from start to finish that i don't know where to begin. However, for the sake of chronological events, I'll start with my booking. I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of booking, albeit these ladies are booked very far out in advance, i was able to snag a date. The website was very clear about the services offered , as well as pricing. Pricing was very important to me because I hate to be unprepared. It was a LONG 2 1/2 months before I was finally able to get into Chevy's chair but BAYYYYYBEEEEE!! when I tell you it was worth it the wait, I MEAN IT. My previous hair which had been dyed an interesting brown/orange color was a failed attempt by another stylist to take me to my dream color, blonde. I was so worried i wouldn't find the stylist who could pull off turning my dark hair blonde, but Chevy along with the help of Danielle pulled it off and then some (sidenote Danielle as well as the rest of the girls have the best energy ever!! I have never felt more welcomed in a salon. EVER. Danielle is an amazing leader and you can tell she genuinely cares) . It's so hard to find a good quality stylist that won't butcher your hair. I was browsing on Yelp for different stylists in my area bout a year ago, and I found Hair Artisans. I'm really glad I decided to give them a shot, because Danielle is amazing! Super sweet, and will always give you exactly what you want/need. I know she specializes in fixing up curly hair, but I've got long, wavy black hair, and she cuts and styles me just right. She even helped me out with some color correcting a few months ago! (I'll post some pictures) Best way to make an appointment is through hairartisans.net. I think when I first started going to them, I tried making a phone call, and no one answered. I mean, there's no receptionist or anything, so it's probably difficult to answer a phone while styling hair lol I read another review that said it was somewhat difficult to find? They're located at the District in Green Valley. Yeah, the Sola Salon set up is kinda maze-like, but they're the first studio on the left side when you come in from the parking lot (by The Cheesecake Factory parking lot), so you really don't have to go through the maze unless you're going to the restroom... which I did one time, and almost didn't find my way back lol. The studio itself is kinda small... cozy. She's always got the jams playing ;) There's three chairs and one washbowl. So pretty much at any given time, there will be 3 appointments going on. I haven't been to the other stylists, but I've seen a little bit of what they've done. Their clients have always turned out pretty great. With payment, I've always used my credit card. I think they use the Square App to charge, and you can have your receipt texted or emailed to you. Give them a shot! You won't be disappointed! Oh and FYI! I was so excited to get my curly hair cut here as I've never known how to properly style my curly hair and seeing all the videos on Instagram and TikTok of curly hair studios which I never knew was a thing. These other salons were in LA and NY and looked like so much care and fantastic outcomes so I searched for one in Vegas and came across this one. I really believed it was gonna change the game for me especially with their 3mo waiting list. Luckily I kept checking and found something sooner and they moved my appt to it. When I got there I was given a dry hair cut which I'm no curly expert so that could have been fine even though I've never seen it in any of the videos of the other salons. I told her that I wanted volume curls which I know my hair will do with the right product. After the shampoo she put in multiple products while still soaked and took me back to the chair. I was hoping I would have gotten the coil treatment piece by piece which another girl in the salon was getting but all I got was diffuser but I wanted to trust the process that she knew best. What was suppose to take hour in a half only took 50min and came out sort of curly but very flat. ABSOLUTELY not worth $100 , I have never in my life paid that much for a hair cut and never will again unless I go to LA and get it done right. I also have gotten better curls at home myself taking the time it needed. As you can see there is not much of a difference , just has product in it. My hair can absolutely create natural coil curls which I can do with enough time and product I just don't know how to perfect it. I am better off just watching the videos online and will never come back here. I got home and none of my friends thought I got my hair done or any difference. Really just hurts when it's $100 for the cut ! Not gonna lie, I walked out of there with a smile and tipped $10 but that because she thought she really did something with my hair and obviously me saying something wasn't gonna change the turnout. read more

So it has been a few months now, and I'm addicted to these ladies. They spoil me with their talent, empower me with their knowledge, and give me such positive energy and love. I started out with Danielle but I have transitioned to being a regular with Alexa. She's been amazing with the transition of my color from the dark brown to the blonde it is today. She has had an amazing mentor and we have a great connection with one another. I've been trying to reach them since Thursday to change the time or cancel my appointment due to a last minute family emergency and have not received any responses to my text, or phone calls. Danielle Green is a true treasure! I'm so glad I found her (thanks, Yelpers!) and was able to schedule a consultation and a haircut. At the consultation, Danielle asked lots of questions (how do I normally wear my hair? do I wear hats? etc.) and was very attentive to my concerns (didn't want my hair too short). When I went back for the haircut, she recapped the consultation, and then gave me a great dry cut. She washed my hair, deep conditioned, and had me sit under the dryer for a short time. Before I left, she recommended a new product -- not in a pushy way, but in a very informative one. She specifically told me that she doesn't recommend products because there are so many on the market and so few that she is able to keep in stock. I liked that about her! Before leaving, Danielle helped me get my hair to fall just the way I wanted it. She literally had me styling it myself ("use the brush like this, add some foam here....") so that I could achieve the look at home. Like most curly girls, I was pretty nervous about the cut, and it has taken a little while to get used to it, which is why I'm giving four stars and not five: I haven't quite hit my hair-stride just yet, but I'm very pleased with Danielle and will be visiting her in the future when I am in town. read more

Worth every dollar for every curl on my daughter's head. They transformed my daughters dry frizzy hair into a crown of GORGEOUS curls. I thought that I would have have to bring her in for a couple of visits to get her 3b curl pattern fully back. That wasn't the case. They also knew EXACTLY how to cut curly hair because trimming it isn't the same with straight hair and I had problems finding someone who knew not just HOW to cut my daughters hair but what products to use. I had high hopes for this salon. Being new to the desert, and from the humid. Midwest, I needed help with my hair. I received the "Curly Cut, Curly 911 and Curly Love" service from Giana. I loved the cut and style initially. I even purchased the products that were recommended. As I was leaving I was told to call if I had any questions or problems with the style. I worked with it for two weeks before reaching out for help with styling. It took two weeks of texting before I received a return message from Giana. Instead of offering to help, she said I could come back in for a "wash and go" for $60. This was after spending roughly $280 on the service, tip and products. I am very disappointed with the "help" I was offered. I will continue to look for a stylist elsewhere at hopefully a more reasonable price, and someone who stands behind their work. read more

Like many other curly girls, I have multiple salon horror stories that kept me from getting my hair cut professionally for many years. I came across Radically Curly and was happy to finally find a salon that specializes in curly hair. After doing much social media and Yelp stalking, I decided to take the plunge and schedule a haircut for 9/24 with Briahna. I spent $70 (+tip) for a cut, treatment, and style. My hair was long - down to my belly button - but the bottom 3+ inches were dead and ratty. I asked her to cut all the dead ends off and give my hair some long layers and shape. She was very detailed throughout the entire cut and made sure to inform me of what she was doing as she went. She was very personable and friendly as well... I felt very comfortable the entire time and trusted her completely. The final result is amazing!! My hair is now so SOFT and ALIVE! I can actually see my curl pattern (3b/3c) and my hair is more defined. The layers are perfect, not too short but not too long. Overall, I would definitely recommend Briahna and the entire Radically Curly team. It was hard for me to get the courage to make that appointment, but I am so glad I did. I was supposed to write this review a couple months ago but I'm glad I didn't. It gave me time to see my hair grow and go in for a second cut. Three years ago, I started growing my already long curly hair out. I knew this meant I'd have to start going in for trims to keep my hair healthy. I went to a Dominican salon where the foolish girl quickly chopped off more than 8 inches of hair (she used my long baby hair as her guide). Since then, I have been miserable, trying to locate a stylist that could fix the style and help me grow out my locks. Last year I heard about the Deva Cut method. I moved to Vegas and found Danielle through an official website. After attempting to grow my hair out a little more, I finally worked up the nerve to make my first appointment. I went on the first week of August, and felt comfortable once I saw Danielle's hair. Someone with curly hair can better understand how it works. She gave me more confidence when she quickly pointed out the issues I'd tried to explain to other stylists. So she did a little trimming and shaping, but not much, and told me to come back later so she could see how my hair grew. I went in last week and she once again did a little trimming and shaping. Both times, she charged me less than the full amount because it wasn't a full service. I appreciate that integrity in an owner. She isn't trying to make a quick buck, she's trying to build a long term relationship. I'm happy to have found someone I can work with on my hair journey. I recommend you come in and at the very least schedule a consultation with her. She also has a staff that performs a litany of other services, and they seem to do great work. read more
