My review is for Lilia Dryer. Easy appointment scheduling and professionalism. Neostyle's waiting room was clean and welcoming for guests to relax. Lilia was very friendly and knowledgeable with hair styles. She did a great job in cutting my 6 year old son's hair. He enjoyed his experience and loves Lilia. She provided us both with shampoo service and hair cutting with blow drying/styling. She brought life to my hair! If you need a miracle, then ask for Lilia to work her magic! We would definitely return for our future cuts. Highly recommended place to beautify your hair. read more

The one thing that I think is so important when getting my hair and nails done is that the place is clean!!! Neostyle is so clean it looks like a "model" home. Julie does my nails and I love that she makes appointments by text, so if I ever forget what time I just look on my text feed. She is always ready when I walk in. She does a great job my nails are always perfect. Her pedicures are fabulous she takes her time and you truly feel pampered. While I'm sitting there I love watching Olga with her beautiful hair creations. She is excellent at color, my daughter has long blonde (brown) and Olga kills it every time. It always looks picture perfect. Trust me Sarah has gone to some stylist that are horrible but Olga is the best. The shop is kinda tucked away which is nice you don't have a bunch of randoms coming it and selling stuff. Great salon and stylist! read more

I had been wanting to transition to my natural silver gray roots for sometime but was told by other stylists you just need to let it grow out ! ugh really! I found Micayla Razo, she's an amazing, caring, talented stylist and a fearless colorist! As you can see by the photos she accomplished what I was looking to do and will keep helping me reach that goal! I highly recommend this salon and stylist. The salon is beautiful and very clean! They adhere to the Covid guidelines so you feel safe and beautiful when you leave. I have been seeing Micayla at Neostyle for about a year. You will love her honesty and talent! read more

I came here from CA to get a haircut because all the salons in my city were closed due to COVID. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and large the salon was. The lobby area is nice, clean and modern. I got a haircut from Andrea and she took about 10 inches off. I haven't had my hair short in a while but Andrea did a phenomenal job. She gave me light, barely-there layers and I really love the length of my hair now. It's easy to part my hair however I want without it looking crazy. My hair is now more manageable and I leave it down much more often than before. Thanks Andrea! There was one small issue I had which is more of Yelp's problem than the salon, but I wanted to purchase the 20% off coupon and when I asked Olga if that was applicable, she told me that those deals are expired and she has been trying to deal with Yelp to remove it. A bit confusing and unfortunate, but she still gave me a new customer deal which worked out to be a fair price in the end. read more

I haven't had someone put so much care into cutting my hair in years. I have long very thick hair. So most stylists just try to get me out of their chair in as little time as possible. Laura was different. She took her time and did a very thorough job, giving me layers throughout and then going back with thinning shears so that it all laid nicely. She spent so much time cutting my hair that I told her she shouldn't worry about blow drying it, but she insisted. Laura was so kind and dedicated and made my first trip to Neostyle a positive experience. I'll definitely be back to see her. read more

Olga was AMAZING!! She walked me through the entire process, set realistic expectations and did an AMAZING job. I have waist length hair that is not very healthy, but she never once made me feel like I need to chop it off! I went from an awful bleach blonde patchy with outgrown roots to an amazing auburn! I am more than happy with the results. The experience was amazing relaxing and informative. The salon is CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL in a great location! I will be back for sure read more

My wife just got her hair done here, and it was so good I decided to post a review. She has tried many different salons both here and in San Diego. Olga is the absolute #1 best stylist I've ever visited. She's been doing my hair for nearly two years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else in town! She's awesome about working with all different hair types and really listening to what you want. We worked out a long-term goal to grow my crazy-thick hair past my chin (something I haven't been able to do in the Vegas heat) and it's now down past my shoulders and looks GREAT! I'm so happy she's finally all moved into her brand-new, gorgeous salon. This place is truly stunning: super high ceilings, gorgeous LED-lit mirrors, and just a warm, fun, friendly atmosphere. Olga will make you feel like family after just one visit. Huge recommend to anyone looking for a new go-to stylist in Vegas. 10/10 read more

Wow! I loved everything about this salon. I had not been able to have my hair cut or colored in a long time. My hair stylist, Brandi, was amazing! I knew I wanted my hair back to my natural color, but with highlights, and turned out way better than I had envisioned! Thanks Brandi - I will definitely be back. Plus, there shampoo sinks and chairs are soooo comfortable! I could have taken a nice nap while I was having my hair shampooed and rinsed!. read more

From the moment Olga took my call, her service was top notch! She was incredibly accommodating as I had called on a Friday night hoping they had appointments available the next day. I was surprised that she was able to take me and so grateful she could! Upon arriving at the salon, I was impressed by the size and decor. It's much larger than it seems from the outside and you can tell the owner (Olga) really cared about making it a clean, comfortable, and stylish salon. They have THE coolest mirrors! I really couldn't believe I got to enjoy such a luxurious experience that was well within my budget AND it was less than half a mile from my house! As for the haircut, I was a bit nervous since this was my first time with Olga. After showing her what I wanted, she knew exactly how to approach the situation. I figured with such a chic cut and color herself, she should have excellent taste. Boy, was I right! I came in with my pixie and was in dire need of style. I had shaved my head in June and had not touched it since. She immediately walked me through the game plan to give me shape and was extremely detailed and thorough. I absolutely appreciated every bit of advice she was giving me. We ended up with a fabulous cut that really combined the best features of a series of inspiration photos I had brought with me. Last but not least, I made it clear to her that I really wanted a low maintenance hairstyle since I am not the best when it comes to daily styling and upkeep. She made my life so. easy. She recommended (and let me tested it out) a pomade that is made from natural ingredients such as beeswax and no harsh chemicals. It smelled amazing, it felt amazing, and it looked even more amazing in my hair! After she texturized my hair, she showed me how to use the product and it was the easiest and most effortless technique I've ever experienced. I left the salon feeling like I've just hit the jackpot. Honestly, I've been in Vegas since 2015 and have never had an experience like this. If you're thinking about trying a new salon, give Olga and her team a chance! She's wonderful to work with, knows her craft, listens to her clients, and extremely patient! Best of all, the location is central to all of Vegas. I hope this was helpful! read more

So I am in Vegas from Los Angels and came to get away from it all this COVID is really putting a damper on the beauty industry in LA. So decided I'd Yelp a hair salon local to our hotel. The salon is neat clean and all precautions were taken as well. Audrey did an amazing job on my lifeless fine long black hair! She gave it volume and added texture as well. It was flat and straight! It has not been an easy task to find a trust-worthy stylist here in LV! I've been here for 15 years and I am a senior citizen ... I have short fine hair & just want highlights & a great cut ... so that shouldn't be difficult right? Wrong! I've experienced age discrimination (seriously) and I've paid extra for so called "Master Stylists" who has all this knowledge in the world but forgot the main thing ... truly listening to the client & what she wants. ... I was almost ready to give up on ever finding a great stylist ... but then I found Anje @ Neostyle .. it was kinda funny but their name was the first that I saw on this long list of salons but I just had this gut feeling ... Anje is the one for me to try one last time ... so I went with her. The salon is extremely clean & all the stylists kept disinfecting everything. Anje was so easy to talk with and she listened & made me feel really comfortable. I love the color & the highlights & upon leaving ... I scheduled my next appointment. Even though this was just my first visit I highly recommend her. Lynda read more
