She provided lots of good advice when I was unsure and was so sweet and understanding throughout the whole process. On the day of I was blown away by the way her floral arrangements transformed everything into a perfect combo of tropical and pacific northwest (I know, not your typical theme). I absolutely LOVED my bridesmaids and bridal bouquets and the greenery on the tables at our reception just elevated the already beautiful venue to another level. She even came back to the venue at the end of the night to clean up and help us gather the arrangements we wanted to keep. Apparently she called Pipper's and told them it was important that the bouquet should LAST. She was very specific about that. It didn't. When it arrived, it was beautiful (honestly, way to go, Pipper's, it really was gorgeous!). Nice mix of flowers, lovely container, floral foam so required watering every day, which I did, diligently. Despite my best efforts and considerable knowledge about how to keep cut flowers fresh, it did NOT last. I literally have a bouquet of flowers that I put together 3 weeks ago and, with some "pruning", is still beautiful. Every flower in the bouquet we received from Pipper's was exhausted by day 3. Normally I wouldn't post a negative review about anyone, ever. But, it was a really big deal to my distant relative. And she had specifically asked for a bouquet that would "last". I didn't tell her about it and I won't tell her about it but, Pipper's, come on! Did you think you could take the easy/cheap route because the purchaser was out of state? Simply not okay.
