What truly amazed me was the immediate feedback from Bethany about what she and I both observed during the session. It was amazing how we both sensed the same things and she had great insight on why and how to work with it. What I love about Bethany's practice is how thorough she was. I felt heard, cared for, and not rushed at all. Bethany also sent a very helpful follow up email summarizing what we observed from the session and I refer to it often. She also included information about the crystals she used and how I can use them in my daily life to continue alleviating the stress, etc. I experience every day.
