These comments were completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and humiliating. No client should ever be body-shamed or made to feel inadequate because of their appearance. A massage therapist's job is to help clients feel comfortable and cared for, not criticize their body or make personal remarks about their attractiveness. My friend left feeling embarrassed, devastated, and far worse than when he arrived. I hope the business takes this seriously so no one else has to experience this kind of treatment.
