Also it was my first appointment when I booked I got no less then 15 texts and emails and j filled them out it was very confusing. Was told to arrive on time unless I needed to fill out forms I show up on time and show them the forms on my phone they don't have them. They deduct the time from my massage. Not a way to win new clients. My woman massage was in the hall way (seen her on my way to bathroom) seemingly very anxious talking to herself while she prepared (so she wasn't ready when i arrived anyway) she left me for an extended time to undress, asked for water she forgot, you won't get a full hour here no matter what as they deduct the time for them to get ready. Had an injury she worked on that area but was a little to harsh with moving it expecting me to be able to move it as normal. Check out was all about rebooking me even when I said I needed to see if it had even been helpful and then to pressuring me to use a male there. Wasn't thrilled, won't be back, never tell someone they need to move past a value they have

I was in town for the week for work and was on my feet all day, M-F. By the time the long work days…read morewere finished I'd be exhausted, would have swollen legs and feet, achey joints, and be bloated. Fortunately I was able to enjoy a 2-hour massage with Lulusan. This was a much needed and very much appreciated traditional acupressure massage - the kind where you may be writhing in pain in the beginning, but then waking yourself up from your occasional loud snoring. At least this was me. In addition to the work I was doing this week, I am also a hot yoga teacher who has been teaching and practicing regularly since 2010. I have an athletic build and oftentimes suffer from toughened fascia. Lulusan was able to apply the tough yet therapeutic pressure I needed to knead through these painful areas. Price for the quality service was very much appreciated as well. I have this business bookmarked now, and will be visiting again next time I am in town.

This review is a long time in the making…read more My husband purchaced a 1 hour massage gift certificate for me as a Christmas gift. My first appointment at this location to try to use my gift was March 29th. The massage I received was subpar and had multiple customer service flaws in the treatment provided by a female massage therapist who claimed over 10 years of experience. There were definitely areas that could be improved upon, and some of the customer service issues or ones that could cause trouble for this small business in the future. The next day I called and spoke to the owner, Kathy. She listened carefully, apologized, and scheduled me to see another therapist two weeks later. The day before that rescheduled appointment in April, owner Kathy called, my appointment was canceled due to the replacement therapist being unable to find a babysitter. I was then given a third appointment date and time, May 2 at 5pm with Jess. I showed up at 4:50 p.m. on May 2nd only to see a sign on the door stating that the therapists were doing a massage until 5:10 p.m. I was pretty sure that meant my 5 p.m. appointment had been missed, and I was correct. I guess it was not entered into the system. Kathy came out to the waiting area at 5:20 and realized her mistake, and Kathy gave me a massage starting at 5:30. The massage from Kathy was fantastic. She was attentive to pressure points and areas of pain, was professional and communicative but allowed talk to stop when I got quiet. I was pain free for the first time in a VERY long time, after Kathy worked on my back and neck. Due to all of the frustration and confusion, Kathy had me come back again on May 16th so I could finally meet with Jess for a massage. I showed up May 16 with a terrible sinus infection and headache. Jess was fantastic about it. She used peppermint oil and various essential oils with her massage lotion and worked on my forehead and cheeks in order to try to relieve some of the pain and pressure. I paid to have her add an additional 30 minutes to my one hour massage. It was a fantastic choice. Between Kathy and Jess, their skills made up for the frustration of poor first experience and schedule changes. I would happily schedule an appointment at Ultimate Health again, especially with Jess. Just call to confirm the day before!
