The next day, they came out and had the new roof installed and cleaned up by early afternoon. We were told ahead of time that we might need more plywood to fix the roof, and thus an additional charge, which there was, but it was not an unreasonable dollar amount. Good experience with Brautigam!…read more Got a bad roof installation and bought the spiel of Stormguard in Pacific, MO to fix a leak (big mistake). Stormguard's repair lasted about a whopping 4 months...and after verbally promising it was "warrantied for a year"--refused to honor it! Called Brautigam and asked for an emergency repair to prevent interior damage. (Oh no!) They came 10 days later, on a SUNDAY no less! Which I sincerely appreciated since it's March and the storms here in the midwest can get pretty bad. Not only that, but charged a very reasonable price. I feel so relieved it won't be raining in the house! AVOID Stormguard in PACIFIC--they were horrible, horrible, horrible!
