Not long after I got the quote they were able to go back out and did a great job. They didn't try to upsell me or talk me into a regular contract or anything like that. After it was done I got more photos of the finished product and, by their request, was able to pay through paypal which inspires a lot more confidence than giving your credit card info out over the phone.
