I spent 10k trying to fix a small gap in between my front teeth a very simple fix. Had to spend 5k at another orthodontist after and it never fixed the problem he created. I think of him often and how bad his practice was. Just felt like looking him up and can't believe he's still in business. I wish I would've sued them because it's affected my quality of life ever since. One of the biggest regrets of my entire life. I was told " oh that's normal it will go away" and it kept me quiet when it happened. But for anyone wondering if they should go here, seriously reconsider your options. Worst mistake I ever made as I'm sitting here right now trying to comfort my tmj jaw clicking and locking with pain shooting down the right side of my neck and into my shoulders. I also had exposed roots from receding gums so I expected a referral for oral surgery. NOPE! Dr. Lewis was able to save and fill all my teeth INCLUDING the exposed roots. Saved me THOUSANDS $$$. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE DENTISTS.!!! The work is amazing! No one would ever know that I had fillings in my front teeth! Beyond that.... (phew I could go on!) Please listen when I tell you that this place is a literal waste of time and money. Complete scam! I was seen earlier in 2025 and that appointment went... so-so. There were long wait times and I wasn't that happy with the work done on my teeth. Unfortunately, this is the ONLY place in Redding that takes my insurance. I scheduled my follow-up appointment well in advance, for them to cancel on me the day before! Rescheduled and waited over a month... got cancelled on AGAIN! When I finally got in at the end of December, which was the last chance I had before I was cancelling the insurance, I sat in the cold exam room for 2 hours with no one acknowledging me or updating me. When I finally had had enough and needed to leave for work, I left the room and attempted to speak with the women at the checkout counter. She was on a call, so I waited patiently. Instead of acknowledging me with a look or a smile or literally anything, she finished her call, completely ignored me and just picked up another call. I walked out after cancelling my appointment with the check-in employee. The WORST service I have ever received! I honestly don't care about your excuse of only having one dentist and that he does everything, including the cleanings. Not only is that an inefficient business decision, but it completely disrespects your patients' time and needs. Don't schedule patients if you can't see them and staff your clinic properly.
