I was there with my two YOUNG kids a few weeks ago, and she got very heated because I left two bags behind, and she had to remind me / went after me so I didn't leave them - which I was greatful for and said thank you both times. Mind you I could tell she was annoyed from the very start, I felt very negative cold energy from her from the moment I encountered her. She did not smile, did not ask how my day was, and she just seemed over all very annoyed. To be honest the only thing that I was able to think about is this girl is either racist, or is completely judging me because I was using WIC. Anyways - the second time I was almost out the door she says "IT'S NOT MY JOB TO REMIND YOU ABOUT YOUR BAGS". I then said thank you for your kindness, and almost left, but decided I should have never been treated like this, and wanted to make sure managment knew because I was sure I would not be the last person she would treat like this. By the time I got there I was in tears, because I have never been treated with such coldness when I am out shopping. She was engaged in a personal conversation with a friend it was not a customer as I could hear their conversation. We waited over 5 min in line until she finished her conversation to finally help us. When she did manage to tear herself away from the conversation she was short and even rolled her eyes at us when we asked a question. I can say one positive for the store it was very clean unlike the one in Killeen which is a dump.

So I came across Theo at the STIHL department and I want to genuinely thank him for his patience, knowledge and giving me his honest opinion based on my need. Definitely great customer service which is important to me; Never owned a Stihl but was taking in consideration his advice when comparison. I ended up buying the STIHL FS 91R Trimmer and super happy as how he showed me everything on the unit and even explained the warranty part, also bought the can that offers 2 additional yrs for the warranty, totaling 4yrs. Glen the GM acted super creepy & weird, thought it was funny I was there trying to return money.. so being honest was a joke apparently. After speaking to him about the issue, while he was giggling the whole time, he proceeded to follow me & was watching me with an icky smile on his face like it was funny. I asked him several times what he was doing & he said he wanted to make sure I was ok.. I'm fine except you are creeping me out.. that was funny to him too. I have called at least 10x to the 800 number & it doesn't seem to matter. No one will return my call. DM & RM too, just ignores the issue. Smh.. so I guess that's how they run that store but eventually when the staff turns over & respectful people are placed to work perhaps this location will improve. I've never been accused of scamming someone over $5. With receipt. Never been yelled at by any employee of any store. Never witnessed an adult throw a temper fit like she did either. This was an exceptionally simple issue that could've been handled in 5 minutes but I was held up begging for my money back for over 30mins. I couldn't leave because this toddler lady threw the products on the ground behind the counter & told me to leave. Seriously so childish & immature.
