One particular one insurance want me to use something different so that took a few days. When I saw that Walmart had already charged my insurance for what insurance would except I went in to get it and told they had to order it. Pharmacist told the no they could give me a couple days and they would order the rest. Seriously... One particular female pharmacist really needs to keep her negative comments to herself. A comment she made to me was by no means encouraging. I'm done with this place. I will find a different pharmacy to work with, they are just as bad as some of the doctors at Scott and White in Temple. Oh I almost forgot earlier this year a liquid prescription I got that was in a box had a bug in it and an inhaler I got didn't work, when I said something to the tech she just blew me off.

So Out of all the people that was in the self check out area she came up to me and said i have to pay for my items. Long story short before she started accusing me for stealing and saying I have to pay for my stuff before I even started scanning any items. Yet she called the manager on me and made a big scene. Manager came look through my bag than apologized to me. I did not made a complaint on her that day but I will take it up to corporate because that's not how a customer should be treated Just because I was wearing a skirt she out pick me to embarrass me! No lady ur messing w/ the wrong person!

It can sometimes be disorganized, but for the most part you can find exactly what you need. You can even find a clearance sometimes which is perfect because you could look nice and save money. Customer service is always excellent! This is the only Ross I go to in my area because it never disappoints and I went on a Sunday. It was barely anybody in there, which was perfect. 10 out of 10

Lacreshia in coppers cover is very rude amd needs a lesson in dealing with customers…read moreI was in there shopping the other day and was waiting to check out. She was engaged in a personal conversation with a friend it was not a customer as I could hear their conversation. We waited over 5 min in line until she finished her conversation to finally help us. When she did manage to tear herself away from the conversation she was short and even rolled her eyes at us when we asked a question. I can say one positive for the store it was very clean unlike the one in Killeen which is a dump.

He helped us find the perfect suit within our price range. Very high quality suit. He was so helpful. Even went to the other store a few times for us to make sure we got exactly the right items. It was a good experience all around. I would highly recommend Dolce Vita to anyone in the area looking for a suit to purchase. It was actually cheaper for us to rent a suit from them, than to tent from others. High quality Friendly Professional Can't praise them enough!

Refused to look at the picture I took to show her since she wouldn't go look, acted like a toddler & threw a fit. Asked for my money back & she tried to say no because she accused me of trying to scam her, with my receipt showing how much I paid all she had to do was refund my money. She also said the "big guys" don't like giving refunds. Well.. that's not my problem. Why am I paying more because you're uneducated on your prices & sales? Eventually, yes I got my money back but she over refunded me by almost $5 but wouldn't hear me out to fix the issue so I left & came back in a couple days to return the extra money. Glen the GM acted super creepy & weird, thought it was funny I was there trying to return money.. so being honest was a joke apparently. After speaking to him about the issue, while he was giggling the whole time, he proceeded to follow me & was watching me with an icky smile on his face like it was funny. I asked him several times what he was doing & he said he wanted to make sure I was ok.. I'm fine except you are creeping me out.. that was funny to him too. I have called at least 10x to the 800 number & it doesn't seem to matter. No one will return my call. DM & RM too, just ignores the issue. Smh.. so I guess that's how they run that store but eventually when the staff turns over & respectful people are placed to work perhaps this location will improve. I've never been accused of scamming someone over $5. With receipt. Never been yelled at by any employee of any store. Never witnessed an adult throw a temper fit like she did either. This was an exceptionally simple issue that could've been handled in 5 minutes but I was held up begging for my money back for over 30mins. I couldn't leave because this toddler lady threw the products on the ground behind the counter & told me to leave. Seriously so childish & immature. On her part, on Glen GM part, on DM part & the RM simply being too careless to return a call. But the bright side.. guess I made a free $5 from the dramatics. Even if I did try to return it, oh well. What disgusting people employed by Dollar General.
