Any time I visit my Jersey friends I make it a point to stop at one and get my fix, and this stop in Edison was in my most direct path on my way back to Queens so I gave it a try. I ordered an Italian sandwich which was made fresh and hit just right, plus a giant pretzel to take home with me which was delicious. This Wawa was busy but pretty clean which I was happy about. They were well stocked with plenty of premade items too. I was disappointed they didn't have any of their stuffed pretzels available here, but I was here at a weird hour of day so maybe I'd just missed them. I'll obviously be back though because it's conveniently located on my route back to NY.

When I called the store, they told me they were completely out of stock. Not only would they NOT refund me, I asked to pick up a comparable item, same price and they denied that as well. They should have indicated they did not have the item when fulfi the order. Instead, they waited until it was locked and said they could do nothing. I don't have money to be giving to corporation, especially one that has racially profiled my family on more than one occasion. Wont be going there again and if you care about your money, you won't either.

The most recent two times I went here, it took around 10 minutes for my car to register any gas was put in. This is weird, as my car shows the gas filling up as it's being pumped and has never had this delay before. The attendant said it must be my car that's the problem, but it's fine with literally every other gas station? I took my car to a dealer later that day, for an unrelated reason, and mentioned the delay in the gas reading that anything was put into my car. The dealer checked my car and said that the meter was fine. He told me that the only other reason this would happen would be if the gas has been watered down or diluted in some other way. Ever since I stopped using this place I haven't had any issues with the gas meter. The attendant also tried scamming a mom who was on the other side of my gas stall. She asked for $15 of gas, and I heard him repeat it back to her. He then puts in $50 of gas and she's furious. He refused to take off the extra charge. I even told him how I heard her give the correct amount and that he repeated it back. He still refused. Really not fair.
