There's a fairly large, clean convenience store attached -complete with snacks and coffee- so if you're starving or require immediate inexpensive caffeination, that's a go. They take all the major cards and cash. They've also got plenty of diesel pumps if you're driving something that requires diesel. This is generally our go-to gas station...it's not the closest one to our home but it's fairly close and the prices are lower than the other two closer places. Getting in and out is easy from either direction- there's a turn lane right into the gas station from the Terrytown-bound lane and it's on the Gretna-bound lane of the street. When you get out, you can go to the street alongside the station to get across if you're headed Terrytown-wise or just turn right out into the Gretna-bound lane. There is occasionally traffic backed up from the Westbank Expressway light when you turn out, but when the light changes, you're generally good to go.

They also sell gasoline and their rates are usually lower than other gas stations. I would definitely recommend stopping by, when they're open. I would suggest the store post concrete business hours on a window or update their profile so that the proper expectations for their hours are understood.
