Friendly staff, always well stocked, clean rest rooms, and love the point system for a free fountain drink every day.

I've been a loyal RaceTrac costumer for 15 years. During that time, I built up enough rewards to become "Sultan" status. This status afforded me one med sized fountain drink for life.....or so I was led to believe. It took over 12 years to gain sultan status so it wasn't an instant thing. Recently I learned RaceTrac had changed their loyalty program and now I well have to re-earn this status every year. If RaceTrac wants my loyalty, they should have had the integrity to grandfather me and anyone else who had already worked to attain their Sultan status. That would have been the most ethical way to handle it. I emailed customer service and received a prepared statement that told me I wasn't important as a loyal customer. Great customer service when I stop by this Racetrac. The gas pumps are always working and the cashier staff is friendly and efficient.

This morning at 0515am 05/25/2024 on my way to work I stopped at the Racetrac on Barrett Pkwy 1625. I was refused to be let in by 2 employees. When I knock on the door to get their attention both purposefully refused to acknowledge me. I merely wanted to inquire when what time they would opened. I had to look up the phone number to call the store. The young lady answered and stated "the store is closed when we only have 1 employee working" I replied stating I understand the safety, but there are 2 employees and I can see both of you. She then stated "Well we are prepping breakfast and cannot open". Then I drove to another Racetrac Whitlock 900 to the same situation. If your stores are not going to open as it states 24 hours online. Then put signs (Days and Times) on the doors. It's very contradicting and a huge inconvenience to those that are expecting to purchase coffee or whatever before work or anything else. read more

This Race Trac is located off of Barrett Parkway and Old 41 across from a Texaco and in front of a Publix Grocery Store. Other businesses nearby includes a Subway, Zaxby Chicken Fingers and UPS store.There is also a Whole Foods, Dunkin Donuts, Panda Express less than a mile east on Barrett. If you go north on Old 41 about 2.5 miles you'll hit McCullum Airport or Cobb County International Airport (as they want to be called these days) The store like all the other Race Trac in the area is not only conveniently located but extremely clean. The clerks are friendly, the restrooms were just cleaned and they were making fresh coffee when I walked it. Best of all they offer Almond milk to go with my coffee which Quik Trip does not...Appreciate the positive experience I had here guys! This racetrac is always locked right around 10 pm and there's always people trying to get inside. It says 24 hours online and the lights are always on with workers inside but you literally can't get in. Not really sure what the deal is but it's annoying as hell read more

Okay, only *I* would be writing a review about the food at a gas station. Blame Racetrac because I probably wouldn't have even tried the food if they hadn't put the coupon on Foursquare. "FREE French Toast Taquito or Monterrey Jack Chicken Rollerbite" sounds a lot better than it is... well, I don't know about the French Toast Taquito. That sounds pretty good and I wasn't able to try it this morning. The chicken thingy was just that. A chicken thingy. Processed meat covered in an orange batter with cheese whiz spewing out of the middle. It's almost like a limp penis. Again, I realize this is a gas station. I'm not expecting a gourmet meal. It's just they made such a big deal about eating here and once I did I don't think I'll do it again. Next week I'm sure I'll drive by the same station. I'll probably stop in and if the moment strikes, I'll use the coupon again. This time for French toast. Oh, and they don't take American Express. I found that out the hard way last week. I also found out that none of their associates seem to know about Foursquare. That makes using the coupon a little frustrating. read more

Going to a gas station is it really a big deal, right? Well, when you've had a really stressed out day and the people who work there are so super nice that it actually turns your day around, that's an experience. Always closed after 10pm just go to the quick trip down the street. Much better option and they are actually always open.

Cleanest gas station bathroom I have EVER used. Everything was fully stocked, there were no random puddles of water on the counters by the sinks, no garbage on the floor, and all the toilets were flushed. I considered calling the help line posted in the bathroom just to congratulate them on a job well done because it was THAT clean. I'd let my kid eat off the floor. (I wouldn't eat off of it, though, just to be cautious) read more

Air vac is extremely difficult to use to the point where my tire leaked 10 pounds. Then I went inside and the bathrooms were filthy and toilets didn't flush. That's enough to piss off a customer read more

They kept this place closed for a couple of months to remodel because a QT was being built down the street. They really only made cosmetic changes. The pumps are hit and miss if they work. Some are so worn they can't complete an outside transaction. Want a receipt? Good luck. You will probably have to go inside. I'm so disappointed in this place. QT here I come. read more

This place closed for remodeling and I had hopes it would improve. But it is still AWFUL!!!!!! Slow pumps, horrible gas station!

Shame on you Racetrac! Advertising a $20 gift card for teacher appreciation and not keeping your word. After a long day at work I traveled to your store through tremendous traffic to get my gift card. Nowhere did it say while supplies last or the first however many teachers...So I wasted an hour of my time and a quarter tank of gas for nothing. Disappointing and disrespectful. read more

Just redid the station but 1/2 the pumps don't work. There's signs on some and others the card reader just doesn't work. Poor - keep driving and don't waste your time jumping from pump to pump. read more

Doesn't allow for phone# at pump for rewards. This is an extreme pain for me... idk how much this matters to other people. This is such an inconvenience for me, especially when many other racetrac locations provide rewards at pump. read more
