Left Racetrack in Jefferson, Ga today with tears of physical pain this afternoon. First I want to say it's right next to my work and all the employees except for the store manager are awesome. The store manager is always rude, talks down to you, is very loud, has no boundaries, and has no customer service skills. This afternoon I went to purchase multiple items. As I'm at the register trying to tell the young kind cashier what from behind the counter I need, the store manager comes up right next to me. At this time the store manager decides that she needs to stock the chips that I'm blocking at the register. She doesn't wait for me to finish my transaction and leave. She was right next to me legs kneeling sticking the chips inches away from me. I told her that I was standing right here trying to check out. I told her she could stock after we were done and I could leave. She ignored me and just smiled. She continued to reach around me coming inches away. I'm recovering from surgery on my leg. The doctor cut me open and put a rod, 7 screws, and 2 pins. It is very sensitive to the touch. Painful to any more than a touch and will put me to tears if it is hit. Due to this, she made me very uncomfortable and fearful of her continuing to come inches away from me because the chips had to be stocked whether I was in the way or not. I told her to get away from me. She didn't move and just smiled. Then when the sweet cashier returned with my item I went back to our interaction to let her know that the product was right but the quantity was wrong. The store manager hit me in my injured leg. I told her what she did. She said she never touched me with a smile on her face. She still never would move away from me. At this point, I'm in pain. I start screaming, yelling, and cussing at the store manager to get away from me and not to touch me. It didn't matter what I did or said she refused to get away. I've been to a few Racetrac stations and it's a bummer we don't have them up in Charlotte. Super wide pump area with decent prices. A great selection of brewed coffees (like eight different urns) plus really good fixings - not just cream and sugar, but all the flavors of sugars and also syrups and creamers. And a well stocked fridge of drinks and waters. Top notch! read more

Pretty typical Racetrac, only the service inside left a good bit to be desired. I stood in front of the girl at the checkout waiting for her to count a handful of change, and i apparently annoyed her, in receipt of the tone i got when offered if she could help me, I put 2 red bulls and a 5 hour on the counter and she rang them up, apparently I should have paid more attention seeming as she rang me up for 2 5 hours at 4 bucks each... I didnt bother to look at the receipt til i got in the car and it said 12 bucks?! glad they are not local... read more

On my way to Athens hospital and had low tire indicator. Pulled into this RaceTrac for air. They charge for air and then it didn't work. No help from staff. Finally left and went to Quik Trip nearby where air is free and has a gauge built in. RaceTrac lost a customer. read more

While I have been to literally hundreds of race tracks all over Georgia, it is rare to find associates or management who are willing to go a little extra distance for a customer. Brett who is at this store is just such a person, he is personable and polite and his was willing to go the extra mile I would I would highly recommend the store as their staff is excellent. read more
