I am deeply saddened by my experience with this company. The head mechanic, Godwin, is always on…read morevacation and typically unreachable. Back in 2022, I purchased a used Toyota RAV4 from his shop for 9,000. The vehicle was making weird engine noise after the first few months of purchase. I didn't think anything of it until I had to sell the car two weeks ago because of the knocking sound due to an internal engine failure. When I notified him of this prior to the in person diagnosis, he continually instructed myself to get an oil change, when I knew it had nothing to do with the oil. He made me believe that I was ill informed and uneducated about my car dilemma. I am disgusted by this purchase, I did not have the car for at least two years before it presented this major issue. He haggled me and told me after, It would range around 2000- 3500 for labor costs, and then proceeded to say if I decided to go through with the job that he will be on vacation. The worst part is I was referred to this guy by my uncle, who is known to be crass about money. My autistic son and I are severely limited with transportation options due to this shady purchase from this company. Be careful entrusting this company with all your mechanic needs. I will never do business with them again.

The two day quoted job took a month total and after bringing the car back two times worse than when I brought it in and paying each time for "repairs that were unrelated to his work," I had to take my car to the dealership and pay the same price $4000 to get it to stop pouring oil (which it never did prior to going to this shop). The mechanic documented all of the errors and supposed repairs that Marty Roberts did. Unfortunately, Mr. Roberts did nothing to correct this problem personally, nor through the BBB, of which he is not even a registered business. I will be taking him to court because of the absolute disregard for doing business professionally and outright abuse I incurred due to this man. Do NOT go here. You will regret it forever.

If it was leaking oil that bad when she left my shop then why did she drive it almost 450 miles before she carried it to the dealership. I would have gladly repaired it for no charge whatsoever. I acted professionally and thier was no abuse on my end. She is a lier.
