I'm sad to take off an entire star on my review of a great QT for this, but the Frozen Hot Chocolate was terrible. It lacks flavor, and in general does not taste good. It barely tastes like chocolate, it's more of a bitter nothingness flavor. The restrooms could also use some Fabreeze if you know what I mean. Other than this, though, I loved this QT. The cashier was very kind and prompt, and they have great snacks and good gas prices. Highly recommend just avoid the restrooms and Frozen Hot Chocolate.

QuikTrip gets it. Wide, well lit and covered pump areas. A clean and bright interior with snacks and drinks neatly laid out and priced properly. A huge selection of coffees with all the fixings you could possibly need. And decent bathrooms that are clean. Did I mention that their prices are competitve? I know this because I checked on GasBuddy. Very easy and convenient.

This QT gas station is located off Exit 149 on I-85 in North Georgia. This is the same exit as the Tanger Outlets in Commerce. The QT is located on the opposite side of the interstate from the outlet mall. This is one of the "older" classic-style QTs with a dozen pumps and not a whole lot of space in between them. I stopped by this QT on my way back to Atlanta from up north and I was happy to see the same great QT prices here that I have come to know and love from the QTs in metro Atlanta. On Wednesday, premium fuel at this QT was $3.299 per gallon. Just north on I-85, in South Carolina, there was a Marathon gas station charging $3.7999 per gallon of premium fuel. That has to be price-gouging. The pump was in good working condition and I was in and out in a jiffy. Even though Highway 441 is busy, leaving this QT is easy because it's next to a stoplight. This QT is the last QT in Georgia before you cross into South Carolina. It's one of your last best bets for gas before leaving the state. There is a RaceWay/RaceTrac further up, but I haven't been there to say whether or not it's worth going to. If you've already crossed into South Carolina and are heading north, the first good place to stop and get gas is the QT at Exit 21 (Liberty Highway), which opened May 2012. It's one of the new big and fancy QTs. Any gas station before Exit 21 will probably rip you off. South Carolina is supposed to have some of the cheapest gas in the country, after all.

Here's We visited Whataburger recently and, unfortunately, the experience was a bit of a letdown…read more We waited about half an hour for three burgers and a fry, which seemed excessive for a fast-food restaurant. While we were surprised by how large the regular burgers were, the taste was underwhelming. There wasn't anything particularly special about them to set them apart from other burger chains. I'm glad I gave them a try, but based on this experience, I don't see myself visiting the new locations opening nearby anytime soon.

We tried a little of everything.... burgers, breakfast biscuits, onion rings, fries, other things. Everything hot, everything well cooked, everything generously portioned. The burgers were EXCELLENT. The fries were hot and salted perfectly, as if this place actually CARED about what they were serving. Just absolutely an excellent food experience for the price. If they had a Whataburger in my area I would never ever have to eat any other burger -- that includes YOU, Five Guys, and you know how I feel about you! My only little complaint is the cheap styro cups they use for drinks. When I opened my lid, there were flecks of styro floating in my drink that had been abraded off the cup when they put the lid on. That needs to be addressed. Next time (if I get back to GA) I will say "no lid."

If you know what you want and what you want includes a burger then you will do no better than Culvers. It is good. I have been to this one several times so my review is a summary of those visits. You cannot go wrong with a Butter Burger. It will be tasty, juicy, cooked right, and have some good condiments. And it is an unfortunate situation that you could go to a local place and order a burger and it will be a frozen patty. Listen up Yelpers, Culvers is going to be better! The fries are always crispy and good. And this is the only nearby place that you are going to get some legit curds. So give those a try too. I love the pork tenderloin. It is a delicious treat that you will not find anywhere else nearby. Reminds me of being in Illinois. And that's a good thing. I think the people who own this franchise have been there every time I have visited. They have said hello, checked in on us and our food, and have been welcoming. Sorry I don't have any photos but you can find plenty of Culvers photos on line. My former neighbor Mary very much liked the shrimp, I have to give those a try sometime.

If you've had…read moreBojangles before, and if you're eating here and reading this review, you're a victim of your own circumstance. This is my very first time ever eating at this place, and unless there is absolutely no other food options available wherever I am, and I am on the very Verge of utter starvation, it could quite possibly be the last. First off, I did a mobile order, and by the time I walked across the street, the nice girl was already boxing and bagging it. I only interacted with that one employee, but she was super nice. The restaurant was really clean, but I only spent about 2 minutes in it. As far as fast food chicken goes, in my opinion, Popeyes is the Pinnacle of fried chicken. And their sides are superior to that of other places. I sort of think that this place is trying to emulate popeyes, by their choice of sides, (similar to how that DUMP and joke of a burger place called five guys, which I have no idea how they're still in business because their food straight out sucks and it's overpriced) tries to emulate in and out. (but on side note, both places lack flavor and seasoning). I ordered a three piece, 2 thigh and one drumstick meal, with dirty rice and coleslaw as my sides. The dirty rice, especially compared to popeyes, just sucks straight ass. Super bland and unflavorful. The coleslaw, is typical slaw you get at a fast food joint. Reasonably priced at around $11, because if you paid any more, and you were like me, you would be very disappointed. The chicken, was cooked well, but just lacks flavor. I even used some Louisiana hot sauce on it per the norm, and I had a few packets of Cajun sparkle from Popeyes with me, that I put on the rice, along with my hot sauce, and it was mediocre at best. I can't blame the employees for the food quality and taste, because that's a corporate thing, but I will say hands down Popeyes destroys this place. And even KFC in my opinion is a lot better than this place. No complaints about service, just not my thing. At least I can say I tried it, and they tried, but it's just mind blowing how all these franchises are able to thrive with a lackluster product, especially in a very competitive market surrounded by multiple restaurants in the immediate area. Hopefully their loyal customer base never tries a different fried chicken joint. If the service and employees weren't so good, this would be more of a 1 1/2 star review. The food just really isn't all that great.
