When I told her that's not what I wanted, she said "it's ok, you can cancel when you get it". It's actually NOT okay. Next time I was in there it was same girl and another one same age being so short and unhelpful when I said I had a gift card....then they were speaking spanish and laughing and rolling their eyes, it seemed as if they were talking about me and other customers and other people working. It's very off putting, their attitudes. Not welcoming at all.

Sure, that Michael Kors bag hasn't been in Macy's for about a year, but what the hey, it's now 40-50 percent off! If you don't mind being a season behind, you can really score on clothes and accessories. They are generally free of defects, and are just overstock from department stores. Don't miss their luggage, fragrance/bath/skincare and jewelry sections, either, as you'll find some incredible bargains there, too. I'm a little disappointed with this location's shoe selection. It's the same shoes season after season, year after year. The inventory isn't changed up nearly as often as the ther sections. And that's sad, because in this one respect, TJ's is always the same place twice. I would love it if they started carrying men's shoes, but I am pretty sure none of the locations do. (They do, however, have a great men's clothing department that's almost as big as the women's clothing department.) One of my favorite sections is the back of the store, which contains home goods, cooking supplies, and gourmet groceries. It's always worth a look!
