The lack of care left me feeling like I was getting ripped off, to the point where I was going to attempt to do a chargeback on my account. Sure it was only a $63 order but I could have used my money elsewhere to ensure the order got where it needed to be. So to sum it up, I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But over a month for any response via email and then just basically getting an "oops sorry" response is crazy to me. At least I got the refund at the end of the day.
